The episode begins with Abhimanyu questioning the mysterious little girl. He shows her a group of sages and asks if any of them were the ones she had met. The girl shakes her head and says it wasn’t any of them. At the same time, Chachi arrives at the ashram. Surprised to see Abhimanyu, she asks him why he is there when he should have been chasing the kidnappers. Abhimanyu, in turn, asks her why she came to the ashram.
Chachi explains that she came to feed the sages and offer them dakshina (a respectful offering). Abhimanyu takes the food bag from Chachi and insists that he will feed the sages himself after uncovering the truth. He then asks Chachi to take the little girl to the doctor since she got hurt earlier.
Chachi holds the girl’s hand and walks away, but the girl starts chatting with her. The girl compliments Chachi, saying her food smells delicious and adds that she must be a good cook. The girl then suggests they go home first, eat something, and then visit the doctor. Suddenly, the weather changes, and a storm brews. As Chachi continues walking, she catches a glimpse of the girl’s evil eyes, which frightens her. The little girl leads Chachi to the same eerie place where she had earlier taken Devki. To Chachi’s horror, she sees Devki lying there, unconscious. Frantically, she tries to wake Devki up, but the evil child, now revealed as Priyatni, tells her to stay quiet.
The atmosphere grows darker as Priyatni addresses the voices from the Patal Vani (underworld) and is instructed to take Chachi’s hands as a gift for her mother. Scared and desperate, Chachi, whose real name is Sandhya, begs Priyatni not to harm her. However, Priyatni begins to use her dark powers on Sandhya. She binds Sandhya’s hands with supernatural ropes, and in a horrifying twist, Priyatni painfully separates Sandhya’s hands from her body.
Back at home, Preeti anxiously calls Chachi but gets no response. Her panic rises as she recalls the troubling visions she’s had lately. Meanwhile, Priyatni delivers Sandhya’s severed hands to her mother, who blesses her by touching her head. Shortly after, Chachaji and Pawan return home. Preeti, visibly worried, informs them that Chachi hasn’t come back from the ashram. Abhimanyu arrives just in time to hear Preeti’s concerns. She tells him that Chachi might be in trouble since she hasn’t returned. She also starts to reveal that she has been experiencing visions for the past few days.
However, before Preeti can explain her visions in detail, Chachi suddenly shows up from a distance. She asks why everyone is standing outside. She then casually mentions that she had gone to the ashram for a puja and prayed for Devki after dropping off the girl. She also says her phone battery had died, which is why she couldn’t be reached. Preeti hugs Chachi, but as soon as she does, she has another vision—this time of Devki, trapped in a dark, enclosed space. Preeti tries to tell Abhimanyu about the vision, but Chachi quickly pulls her inside to help with the cooking.
As everyone moves inside, Abhimanyu starts noticing Chachi’s strange behavior. He realizes she is acting unusually, just like Guddy’s mother had. Both of them had similar missing incidents, and he begins to suspect that this cannot be a coincidence. He senses something sinister is at play. The episode ends on this mysterious note.
