But now that she is married to Subhan, she believes no one else has the right to enter their relationship. Subhan, however, continues to avoid her, refusing to give any reasonable answers, which deeply hurts Ibaadat.
Heartbroken, Ibaadat pours out her feelings to Subhan, telling him that his neglect has been slowly killing her from the inside. She begins acting sick and claims that she has had an allergic reaction to peanut butter, which was mixed into her food. Mannat has a known allergy to peanuts, and she insinuates that Ibaadat had intentionally added the peanut butter to her meal in an attempt to harm her.
