Anupama 7th September 2024 Written Update:The episode starts with Anupama performing a special puja, where she asks Adhya and Anuj to assist her. This moment marks the beginning of a significant day for the family.
As part of the puja rituals, Anupama instructs Adhya to feed their pet dog, Coffee, and their cow, Gopi. Adhya, however, hesitates, as she is afraid of Coffee. Understanding her daughter’s fear, Anupama steps in to explain an important life lesson about unconditional love and loyalty, which animals understand better than humans sometimes. She tells Adhya that pets are not just animals but family members who offer their love without asking for anything in return. With Anupama’s encouragement, Adhya gathers her courage and befriends Coffee, feeding him as instructed.
After this breakthrough with Coffee, Anupama further asks Adhya to feed the birds and their cow, Gopi. Anuj playfully remarks how Anupama often scolds the birds for scattering food, which brings a smile to everyone’s faces. As Adhya goes on to feed the cow, the bond between her and the animals strengthens, showcasing her growth.
This sequence is not just about Adhya’s learning but also Anuj’s reflection. He regrets not being able to give Adhya the upbringing she deserves. He expresses to Anupama his guilt about not contributing enough to her development, but Anupama comforts him by saying that parenting is a shared effort, and together they can provide the best for Adhya.
Meanwhile, tension brews at the Shah household. Leela, Vanraj’s mother, is worried about Vanraj’s absence and asks him to return home. However, Titu, trying to reassure Leela, tells her not to worry because Vanraj will eventually come back. The calm is interrupted by Paritosh, who begins playing loud music, startling Leela, Kinjal, and Titu. When Leela asks Paritosh to lower the volume, he stubbornly refuses and demands that Leela prepare food for him.
Frustrated by Paritosh’s behavior, Leela plays devotional songs in retaliation, which annoys Paritosh even more. Determined not to let him disrespect her, Leela decides to teach him a lesson. This conflict in the Shah family seems to be heading towards a bigger confrontation in the near future.

Back at Anupama’s house, the family is immersed in preparations for Ganesh Utsav. Anupama encourages Adhya to perform the aarti, but Adhya hesitates as she is unsure of how to do it. With Anupama’s gentle guidance and Hasmuk’s advice to keep learning new things, Adhya gains the confidence to perform the aarti.
In a heartwarming moment, Adhya requests Anupama to bring Lord Ganesh for the festival. The excitement in the air is palpable as Hasmuk, Bala, and Sagar eagerly await the arrival of the idol. Anuj takes it upon himself to create the Ganesh idol from scratch, determined to make this year’s festival even more special. However, Adhya worries that Paritosh might prevent the Shah family from joining in the festivities. Anuj reassures her, stating that Anupama will take care of the situation. He humorously adds that Anupama won’t hesitate to confront Paritosh if he tries to create trouble.
As Anuj reflects on Adhya’s future, he becomes anxious about the emotional scars she carries from the past. Anupama, sensing his worries, suggests that they work together to heal Adhya’s trauma. They also decide to think of a new business venture to support Adhya’s future. In the midst of these serious discussions, Anuj requests Anupama to help him prepare the Ganesh idol, bringing some lightness back to the moment.
On a lighter note, Meenu tries to make Sagar jealous by talking about Rohan, a boy he has never met. This tactic works as Sagar begins to feel envious, confused about why he feels that way when he hasn’t even met Rohan. Meenu teases Sagar, advising him to always look presentable, which makes him more conscious of his appearance. This playful interaction adds a touch of humor to the episode.
Elsewhere, Dimple is worried about securing her son Ansh’s future. She decides to meet a builder to ensure financial security, but Titu tries to dissuade her, telling her that it might not be a good idea. Paritosh, however, intervenes and warns Dimple to stop acting smart, threatening that she will have to face consequences if she doesn’t back down. Dimple, realizing that Paritosh might be planning something deceitful, resolves to stand up for her rights and fight for her share.
The episode concludes with Anupama and Anuj completing the Ganesh idol. Anuj, though proud of their work, remains concerned about his relationship with Anupama. Adhya lightens the mood by taking handprints of both Anuj and Anupama, symbolizing the unity and love within their family.
