Dil Ko Tumse Pyaar Hua 7th September 2024 Written Update: The episode starts with Sobha returning from the hospital. She informs Manorama that Yashwant, her husband, will be discharged from the hospital the following day. Sobha is relieved that he is recovering and urges her daughter, Janvi, to meet her father. However, Janvi refuses and tells her mother that she has plans to attend a party instead. This behavior angers Manorama, who feels Janvi is being careless and disrespectful toward her father during his time of illness.
Chirag and Deepika spend some time together at home. Chirag, concerned for Deepika, tells her to rest because her father is doing fine and resting. However, Deepika, although tired, insists Chirag should relax too. In an attempt to comfort her, Chirag brings coffee for both of them. As they sit together, Chirag shares his frustration about his mother, Lavanya. He tells Deepika that he has failed to convince his mother to accept their relationship, and as a result, he is planning to move abroad, leaving India behind.
Deepika, though understanding Chirag’s frustration, advises him against making any hasty decisions. She reminds him of his father’s struggles, pointing out how much pain his father is enduring after losing his family members. Deepika explains that leaving India would not only hurt his father further but would also cause unnecessary distress to the family. She assures Chirag that, together, they can face his mother and handle the situation. Deepika expresses her willingness to stand by Chirag and deal with his mother’s opposition to their relationship, believing that their unity can overcome Lavanya’s disapproval.
Their conversation is interrupted when Deepika receives a phone call from her friend, who informs her that Janvi is heavily intoxicated at a party. Concerned for Janvi’s safety, Deepika decides to go pick her up. Chirag and Deepika rush to the location and find Janvi completely drunk. Despite the harsh treatment, Deepika remains calm, while Chirag, seeing the situation escalate, decides to call his friend for help. Chirag then asks Deepika to leave with him to avoid further conflict.
At the same time, Lavanya, Chirag’s mother, is busy preparing for a significant event at her company. She has organized a press conference to celebrate the 25th anniversary of her business. Lavanya proudly informs Neelima about the success of her company and how far it has come. However, amidst the celebration, Lavanya is still upset about her son, Chirag, and the issues in her family. Neelima, Ashu, Saloni, and Prithvi, other family members, also express concern about the ongoing tensions within the family, especially the lack of support for Yashwant, Chirag’s father, during his illness.

The press conference begins, but as Lavanya starts her speech, attendees, including the media, receive unexpected text messages. The reporters begin questioning Lavanya about her son’s marriage, why Chirag isn’t present with her, and whether there are problems between Lavanya and Chirag’s wife. Lavanya tries to steer the conversation back to the company’s achievements, but the media refuses to drop the subject, demanding answers about Chirag’s personal life.
Back at home, Deepika is caring for her father, Yashwant, who asks her about the hospital bill. Deepika assures him that Chirag has taken care of everything, showing how supportive Chirag has been. However, Chirag is constantly distracted by messages from Janvi, who continues to be a source of stress for him. The episode ends with Chirag making a surprise appearance at the press conference. His sudden arrival shocks everyone, especially Lavanya.
