The episode of 10:29 Ki Aakhri Dastak, aired on 12th September 2024, begins with the gripping and eerie confrontation between Bindu and the menacing dayaan (witch). The dayaan tries to tempt Bindu by offering her the chance to join her and gain immortality. She promises Bindu that if she agrees to join forces with her, she will grant her eternal life. However, Bindu firmly refuses the offer. She declares that she has no interest in joining the dark side and, instead, will reveal the dayaan’s secrets to Abhimanyu.
The dayaan’s eyes narrow with malice, and she issues a chilling threat. She warns Bindu that anyone who stands in her way, including Bindu herself, will meet a fatal end. Bindu, undeterred by this ominous warning, asserts that she has come well-prepared to stop the dayaan. However, Bindu admits that while the dayaan might not be able to kill her now, she can certainly hurt her. In an instant, the dayaan uses her sinister powers to shrink Bindu down to a tiny size. Bindu is left shocked and helpless as the dayaan’s dark magic takes effect.
Meanwhile, Abhimanyu returns to the house accompanied by his chachi, chachu, and Pawan. As they approach, Abhimanyu spots Preeti walking toward them. However, unknown to him, this isn’t Preeti at all – it’s the dayaan in Preeti’s body. Chachaji, unaware of the danger, casually explains to Preeti (the dayaan) that chachi had been waiting at the milkman’s store due to the bad weather.
Chachaji asks if everything is now alright, and everyone confirms that the situation seems to have settled down. Just then, Machharji arrives, and Abhimanyu is delighted to see him. However, upon glancing at Preeti (the dayaan), Machharji begins to mutter “Pra Dayaan,” realizing that the dayaan is present. However, before he can fully communicate his warning, he falters.
The dayaan, still disguised as Preeti, reminds Abhimanyu that she had promised no harm would come to anyone tonight. Abhimanyu, oblivious to her true identity, smiles in response to her reassurances. Meanwhile, Bindu slowly regains her senses and comes to the horrifying realization that the dayaan has used her powers to shrink her down to a miniature size.
As they proceed towards the house, the group hears Sarla screaming for help from behind a locked door. She begs for someone to open the door as it has jammed shut. Abhimanyu rushes to the door and manages to force it open after pushing for some time. Once inside, chachi scolds chachu for not having repaired the door earlier and apologizes to Sarla for the inconvenience.
Once everyone is safely inside the house, the dayaan continues her charade in Preeti’s body. No one suspects that the real Preeti is gone. Panditji then steps in and announces that the auspicious time for the engagement has passed due to several bad omens. He suggests postponing the ceremony for three days.
However, Abhimanyu, determined not to delay any longer, insists that nothing is more important than his love for Preeti. He pleads with Panditji to proceed with the puja and engagement right away. Chachaji supports Abhimanyu’s request and asks Panditji to tie the raksha kavach (a protective thread) on both of their wrists as a symbol of their bond.
The puja begins, and Panditji successfully ties the raksha kavach on Abhimanyu’s hand. When it’s Preeti’s (the dayaan’s) turn, she quickly injures Preeti’s hand by burning it and shows it to everyone. She claims that she burned her hand while lighting a diya, making it impossible for her to wear the raksha kavach. Using this excuse, the dayaan continues her deception and marries Abhimanyu in Preeti’s avatar, without arousing anyone’s suspicion.
Later that night, the dayaan, still in Preeti’s disguise, takes food to Machharji’s room. She finds Abhimanyu there, who tells her that he needs to go to the police station for some work. The dayaan, pretending to be Preeti, asks him to return quickly or she will be upset with him. After Abhimanyu leaves, the dayaan locks the door to Machharji’s room and reveals her true, terrifying nature.
She begins tormenting Machharji, placing her hand on his head and using her dark powers to torture him. Machharji trembles in pain and fear as the dayaan exerts her evil influence over him.
The episode ends on a chilling note, leaving viewers on the edge of their seats as they witness the dayaan’s growing power and her malevolent intentions.
