The episode starts with Arjun asking Megha to have some food. She looks at the plate and notices a smiley drawn on it, which makes her smile. Then, she finds another letter and starts reading it. Arjun tells her that times have changed and suggests having a picnic. He adds that no one will feel bad about it. He mentions that she needs energy and proudly tells her that he made the food. Arjun apologizes in advance if it doesn’t taste good. Megha takes a bite of the sandwich and starts thinking about Manoj.

As she reflects on her past, she remembers Manoj telling her that whatever happened to her will not be forgotten. He promised that they would take revenge. Megha thanks Arjun for everything he has done for her. She reminds herself that he always keeps his promises. However, she starts feeling sad, realizing Arjun isn’t with her at the moment. She pleads for him to come back. At the same time, the scene cuts to Arjun, who has collapsed on the ground.

Meanwhile, Megha continues to read Arjun’s note. He tells her, “I’m here…” and instructs her to take a bag from the cabinet. She finds the bag, which contains cash and some other items. Megha is relieved to see that everything is in the bag, but she feels Arjun’s absence deeply. She reads the next part of his note, where he says, “If I don’t come by morning, then you leave. Don’t get emotional, be practical. Take all this, reach the highway, and meet your lawyer Shalini. She will help you and keep you safe. Take care.”

Despite Arjun’s instructions, Megha is unwilling to leave. She agrees with everything he said but insists she cannot go without him. She reflects on how well he understands her, writing as if he knows her every thought. Megha continues to call for Arjun, begging him to return. Eventually, she finds a blanket and lies down to sleep.

Arjun regains consciousness but is in hiding from the police. The night passes, and Megha wakes up, checking the time. Arjun, still weak, falls again. Dogs begin barking, making Megha nervous. As she moves, a candle falls over, causing a fire to start. Just then, Arjun arrives and falls on top of her, quickly putting out the flames. Megha is immediately concerned for him and asks if he is okay.

Arjun, trying to stay calm, tells her that it’s 5:30 a.m. and reminds her of what he had said earlier: she should have left by now. He questions why she hasn’t gone. Megha responds by saying that she told him she wouldn’t leave without him. Arjun is confused and asks when she told him that. She explains that he wasn’t there, so he couldn’t hear her. Megha then notices that his arm is bleeding.

She becomes even more worried, but Arjun downplays it. He tells her not to worry, as such injuries are common, and he assures her he’ll be fine. Then, he jokingly admits, “No, I won’t be.” Moments later, he faints. Megha rushes to get some water, and as she does, the police officer nearby discovers a clue—a man’s shoes—and realizes that someone is helping Megha. The officer suspects that the man is injured and orders his team to search for them.

Megha sprinkles water on Arjun’s face, trying to wake him up. He regains consciousness but tells her not to move him because his wound is still bleeding. Arjun admits that he was shot. Megha insists that he needs to go to the hospital, but Arjun cracks a joke to lighten the mood. Despite his brave front, Arjun knows his condition is serious and confesses that he could die if he doesn’t see a doctor soon.

Megha, however, refuses to give up. She tells him not to talk nonsense and insists they must go to the hospital. Arjun, trying to calm her down, tells her to tear his shirt so they can take care of the wound. Megha sees that the wound is deep and again insists on going to a doctor. Arjun, still calm, tells her that they won’t be going to the hospital and asks her to find the first-aid kit.

Megha hurriedly searches for the kit but is shocked to find it empty. She panics, wondering what to do next as she realizes Arjun urgently needs treatment.
