The episode begins with Yuvika, who is in a state of shock. She turns the chair of Dr. Sinha around, only to find him dead. This unexpected discovery leaves her panicked and confused. Meanwhile, Yash is talking to Amarjeet, asking for the heart transplant papers that are needed for some insurance work. Amarjeet, however, faces a dilemma. The entire transplant process was illegal, including the documents. He wonders how he can give Yash the papers without getting caught.
Amarjeet reassures Yash, telling him not to worry about the insurance. He insists that he will take care of everything. But Yash isn’t satisfied. He plans to speak to Kapadia and ask for the documents himself. Amarjeet quickly contacts Kapadia, warning him that Yash is coming to ask about the papers. Kapadia, however, refuses to help Amarjeet, leaving him in a difficult situation.
On the other hand, DJ attends a work meeting from home. While he’s on the call, Gargi enters and tells him how happy she is to see him working. Gargi asks DJ if he has figured out the missing link between Yash, Neil, and Yuvika. DJ confidently tells her that he has. He reveals his findings to Gargi, who is curious about what DJ plans to do with this information. DJ keeps her in suspense, asking her to wait and watch his next move.
Meanwhile, Yuvika is still in the office, struggling to cope with Dr. Sinha’s death. She asks everyone around her what happened, shouting in panic. Deep down, she knows that something terrible must have happened to Neil. Yuvika, overwhelmed with emotion, prays to Lord Ganesha. She pleads for answers, asking why Neil had to suffer so much. Tears stream down her face as she cries, missing Neil and the bond they shared.
Elsewhere, Akshat meets Isha at a restaurant. He brings her a gift and apologizes for his past behavior. But Isha is not moved by his apology. She tells Akshat that it isn’t easy to forgive someone who has broken her heart. Akshat, determined to win back her trust, says he’s willing to do anything to prove that he has changed. But Isha is hesitant, unsure if she can trust him again. Despite her doubts, Akshat promises her that he will never hurt her again.
Back in Yuvika’s world, she still cannot accept the fact that Neil’s heart was stolen before his cremation. She recalls how much she loved hearing Neil’s heartbeat and feels devastated by the situation. Lost in her thoughts, Yuvika slowly walks down the road, unaware that a man is following her. This man has been sent to kill her to keep the secret of Neil’s heart theft from being exposed to the media.
As the man approaches to attack her, Yash arrives just in time. He unknowingly saves Yuvika’s life. In a moment of relief and confusion, Yuvika falls into Yash’s arms. With her eyes closed, she hugs him tightly, believing that she is embracing Neil. When she finally opens her eyes, she is shocked to find Yash standing before her, not Neil.
Meanwhile, DJ and Gargi continue plotting their next move. DJ plans to reveal to Yuvika that Yash is the one who had Neil’s heart transplanted into his own body. He believes that once Yuvika knows the truth, she will want to take revenge on Yash. This, DJ thinks, will make it easier for him to take over the Mahajan company. The episode ends on this tense note, with DJ and Gargi looking forward to the chaos their plan might create.
