Colors TV is gearing up for the much-awaited return of Bigg Boss 18, which is set to premiere on October 5th, 2024. As part of the network’s plan to make room for the reality show, some of the ongoing TV shows are being cut from the lineup.
The latest show to be axed is Lakshmi Narayan, a popular mythological drama starring Shivya Pathania and Srikant Dwivedi. The last episode of Lakshmi Narayan is expected to air in the final week of September.
The show, a spin-off of Colors TV’s hit Shiv Shakti, has gained a loyal fanbase since its premiere. But with Bigg Boss 18 taking over the weekday 10 PM slot, the mythological series will come to an early end.
This news comes shortly after reports that Suhaagan Chudail, starring Nia Sharma, is also being taken off the air. Fans of both shows will be disappointed, but the excitement for Bigg Boss 18 is expected to bring fresh energy to Colors TV’s lineup.
