In today’s episode of Anupama, Anupama asks Anuj if he is tired of listening to her lecture. Anuj, with a loving smile, replies that he could listen to her for his whole life. He tries to talk about his love confession, but before he can continue, Anupama leaves the room. Sagar, feeling guilty, tells Anuj that he tried to tell Anupama about his affair but failed. Anuj advises him to tell the truth, saying that secrets can’t stay hidden for long.
Meanwhile, Paritosh sneaks into Anupama’s room and tries to steal her jewelry. Anuj, unaware of Paritosh’s actions, goes to give Anupama some medicine and narrowly misses seeing him. Paritosh quickly makes a plan to steal later.
Later, Bala gathers everyone to watch TV. Anuj, feeling tired, asks Anupama if he can rest his head on her shoulder. Anupama smiles and agrees. While this is happening, Paritosh instructs Pakhi to keep an eye out while he executes his plan. Pakhi is worried about what her brother is up to and is nervous for Anupama. Paritosh urges her to support him.
As the episode continues, Sagar and Meenu are seen spending time together. During their time alone, they witness Paritosh stealing money from Anupama’s room. To cover his tracks, Paritosh calls everyone and accuses Sagar and Meenu of trying to steal the money. He goes further, exposing their secret affair in front of everyone. Pakhi questions Anupama, asking if she was unaware of Sagar and Meenu’s relationship. Anupama, caught off guard, demands the truth from Sagar.
Sagar tries to defend himself, claiming innocence. However, Paritosh and Pakhi accuse him of trapping Meenu. Dolly also joins in and accuses Sagar of wrongdoing. Anupama confronts both Sagar and Meenu, and Sagar is forced to reveal the truth about their relationship. Anupama is upset, especially because Sagar took a false promise from her to hide their affair. Meenu, filled with regret, apologizes to Anupama for keeping the secret. Both Sagar and Meenu try to justify their love, with Meenu admitting that she pursued Sagar.
Dolly stands against Sagar and Meenu’s relationship. Pakhi then asks Meenu if she plans to marry Sagar, who drives an auto. Meenu replies that she has no problem with Sagar’s profession, taking a stand for their love. Both Sagar and Meenu apologize to Anupama for breaking her trust by keeping their relationship hidden.
Paritosh, seizing the moment, asks Anupama to punish both Sagar and Meenu. Dimple, on the other hand, expresses confidence that Anupama is smart and will handle the situation calmly. Anuj takes a stand for Anupama, supporting her during this emotional time. Soon, Anupama learns that both Bala and Anuj were aware of Sagar and Meenu’s affair but had kept it from her. Paritosh and Pakhi demand strict punishment for Sagar and Meenu. Even Leela sides with them, urging Anupama to make a decision.
Despite their apologies, Dolly, Leela, and Paritosh continue to blame Anupama for the situation. However, Anuj and Hasmuk step forward to defend her. Overwhelmed, Anupama asks everyone to stay silent and locks herself in her room. Sagar and Meenu feel deep remorse for hurting Anupama. In a moment of anger, Paritosh physically attacks Sagar, leading to a fight between the two. Anuj intervenes, furious at both of them, and takes Anupama’s side.
Towards the end of the episode, Anuj apologizes to Anupama for not revealing the truth earlier. Anupama is left feeling hurt and betrayed, unsure of what decision to make.
The episode ends with tension hanging in the air as everyone waits for Anupama’s next move.
