The episode begins with Kalyani receiving a phone call from the shelter home. They inform her that they have arranged a room and she can bring the woman there. Ganga, the woman in question, agrees to go with Kalyani but makes a humble request—she asks Kalyani not to proceed with the amendment. Ritika, however, accuses Ganga of wanting more money to leave the house. Ganga firmly denies this, saying she doesn’t care about money.
Meanwhile, Amma ji, who needs to take regular medication, mistakenly consumes the wrong medicine. This happens because Kalyani forgot to give her the correct dosage. Ganga overhears that Amma ji is unwell and rushes to her aid. When she arrives, she finds Amma ji lying down, weak from taking the wrong medication. Ganga quickly realizes the mistake and urges Amma ji to try and vomit the medicine. However, Amma ji is unable to do so, and her condition worsens.
In another part of the house, Hema urges Akshay to hurry up as they are getting late for their train. Mama, a family member, receives some important information from a corporation and instructs his informer to send proof. Akshay, frustrated with the ongoing situation, reminds Ritu that she was the one who initially pushed him into marriage. Now, he tells her, he is leaving with his mother, Hema. Ritu, desperate, tries to accompany him, but Lalita steps in and stops her.
Akshay questions Ritu’s motives for wanting to join them. Hema, who doesn’t believe in love, insists that Ritu should stay behind and let them leave. Reluctantly, Ritu lets go of Akshay’s hand and takes Lalita’s blessings. Ritu also warns Lalita that if they don’t handle things with Akshay properly, they might lose a wealthy connection. Lalita, understanding the situation, tells Ritu to join them.
Meanwhile, Mama informs Lalita that her suspicions were right. He reveals that Kalyani actually has two children. This news shocks Lalita, and she runs to stop Ritu, telling her they must act quickly. Lalita then confronts Hema and accuses her of hiding the truth. She says she knows all about Hema’s secret, including the fact that she stole Kalyani Kashyap’s son. Hema tries to deny these accusations and insists she just wants to visit Vaishnodevi. Lalita threatens Hema, saying if she heads to the train station, she will report everything to the police.
Back in the house, Ritika taunts Kalyani, expressing happiness that Ganga will soon leave. Kalyani suddenly remembers that she forgot to give Amma ji her medicine, and she grows worried. She rushes to Amma ji’s room and sees her lying weakly on the bed. Ganga informs her that Amma ji had mistakenly taken the wrong medicine and that she tried to get Amma ji to vomit it out.
Abhay, noticing Kalyani’s concern, assures her that Amma ji is fine and hasn’t swallowed the entire medicine. He advises Kalyani to make fresh orange juice for Amma ji. Kalyani and Ritika head off to get the juice. Meanwhile, Abhay decides it’s time to be honest with his mother and Kalyani about something important.
When Abhay meets Kalyani, he reveals that he has sent Sakshi to meet her earlier because he is in love with her. This revelation shocks Kalyani. She becomes angry, as she strongly disapproves of love marriages. Abhay, however, continues, expressing his deep feelings for Sakshi, hoping Kalyani will understand.
