The episode opens with Amma Ji asking Ganga to change her clothes. Meanwhile, Bindya informs Kalyani that the police have arrived. As soon as Kalyani is aware of the situation, Lalita greets her warmly. Kalyani quickly inquires about Ganga, and Lalita shares that she’s feeling particularly happy because she has accepted Ganga.

Later, Amma Ji hears from Ganga that her mother has come to visit. Lalita, in an attempt to clarify her intentions, tells Kalyani that she isn’t a bad person and has come simply to return what belongs to her. However, Kalyani is taken aback when she sees Hema and Akshay with her. She walks toward Akshay, touches him, and then hugs him, overwhelmed with emotion. Tears start rolling down Kalyani’s face as she holds her son. Lalita and Ritu quietly watch this emotional reunion between the mother and her son.

However, the calm doesn’t last long. Kalyani quickly accuses Hema of being a thief. Surprisingly, Lalita also chimes in and supports Kalyani’s claim, agreeing that Hema is indeed a thief. Kalyani, filled with anger, grabs Hema by the arm and instructs the police to arrest her. Before anything could happen, Akshay steps in to stop her. He firmly tells Kalyani that she cannot treat his mother like that. In an act of defiance, Akshay even pushes Kalyani aside.

Witnessing this, Abhay steps in to defend his mother. He kicks Akshay for pushing Kalyani. In response, Akshay tries to fight back and attacks Abhay. But what happens next leaves Akshay completely stunned. He is shocked to come face to face with someone who looks exactly like him – his duplicate. Abhay, unfazed by the situation, turns to Kalyani and asks her who Akshay really is. Kalyani reveals to both Abhay and Akshay that they are, in fact, brothers.

Kalyani’s husband steps forward and informs the police that they will manage the situation themselves, asking them to leave. Meanwhile, Amma Ji pulls Ganga aside and explains that Abhay and Akshay are brothers. Confused, Ganga turns to Ritu and asks if she had been forced into marrying Akshay. On the other hand, Kalyani becomes furious with her husband for sending the police away.

Amma Ji, seeing the situation unfold, tells Kalyani that after all these years, her son has finally returned. However, Akshay refuses to accept Kalyani as his mother. He firmly states that Hema is his only mother. Kalyani, still emotional, pleads with Akshay to come with her, insisting that he is her son. But Hema, standing her ground, tells Kalyani that she is mistaken. Hema reminds Kalyani that she had given her Akshay with a promise. Kalyani denies this, firmly stating that she never gave Akshay to Hema.

Meanwhile, Ritu expresses her happiness to Lalita, thrilled that Kalyani is now her mother-in-law. But the tension between Kalyani and Hema escalates further. Kalyani tells Hema that she cannot continue living in this house. She then approaches Chetan, hoping that he will support her.

Amma Ji, witnessing the argument, steps in once again. She tells Kalyani that she does not have the authority to decide whether Hema can stay in the house or not. At the same time, Akshay confronts Kalyani. He reiterates that Hema is his mother and demands that Hema speak the truth once and for all. The episode ends on this dramatic note, leaving viewers eager for what will happen next.
