On the day of Raghav and Vaani’s wedding, Sulekha performs a special aarti for the couple. She announces her plans for a grand wedding celebration and an even grander “grahpravesh” (homecoming) for Vaani. As the preparations go on, Raghav feels uneasy. He wonders why Mishri hasn’t come to see him. Curious, he asks Vaani about her. Vaani brushes off his concern, reminding him that today is their big day and they should focus on celebrating their wedding.
However, Raghav feels confused and presses her for answers. Vaani recounts the events that happened at the hospital. Shocked, Raghav accuses her of taking advantage of him while he was unconscious. He declares that he cannot accept this marriage. Sulekha tries to remind him that Vaani saved his life, but Raghav tells them he postponed the wedding for a reason. When they keep questioning him, Raghav blurts out the truth: he is already married to Mishri. Vaani is in complete disbelief. In a shocking moment, she grabs a knife and threatens to end her life because she cannot live without him. In a dramatic turn of events, she slits her wrist.
Raghav screams in horror but then realizes it was all just a nightmare. Vaani is safe and unharmed. She reassures Raghav that today is a special day for them and that they should be celebrating. Still, Raghav remains worried about Mishri. Just then, Mishri arrives in disguise, pretending to be a nurse sent by the hospital to care for Raghav after his surgery. Vaani grows suspicious since she did not hire any nurse. Mishri explains that the hospital automatically sends a nurse to take care of post-surgery patients.
Raghav asks about the mask Mishri is wearing. She tells him it’s hospital policy to prevent infections. Kalpana, believing the story, welcomes the nurse and instructs Ridhi to show her a room. Relieved, Mishri plans to stay hidden until Raghav recovers. Meanwhile, Kalpana warns Vaani that Mishri has escaped from police custody and may attempt to meet Raghav, urging Vaani to stay alert.
Raghav grows increasingly frustrated as he tries to contact Mishri, but she doesn’t respond. In his anger, he throws his phone across the room. Mishri, in her disguise, enters and feels guilty for hiding her true identity. She hands Raghav his medicine, but he refuses to take it. Mishri scolds him for neglecting his health. Raghav snaps back, asking who she is to tell him what to do. She calmly responds that she’s just his nurse and insists he take the medicine for the sake of his loved ones. Eventually, Raghav gives in.
Curious, the disguised Mishri asks Raghav why he’s so upset. He vents his frustration, explaining that Mishri knows he’s out of the coma but hasn’t come to see him. He calls her a fool for staying away. Hiding her emotions, Mishri points out that he’s just been married and his wife is by his side, so why should he be thinking about someone else? Raghav complains that women always complicate things. As he experiences pain in his hand, Mishri tries to help. At that moment, Vaani storms in and scolds Mishri, ordering her to leave the room. Raghav defends Mishri, explaining that she was only trying to help him. Vaani apologizes and tells him to call her if he needs anything.
Meanwhile, Chithra notices something off about the nurse. She catches Mishri’s disguise and drags her out in front of everyone. Vaani, furious, demands to know how Mishri dared to enter her house again. Parvathi argues that if Mishri was at the hospital, then she must be the one who saved Raghav’s life, not Vaani. Vaani disputes this, insisting that the priest had said only Raghav’s wife could save him, implying it was her. Parvathi refuses to accept this claim, but Kalpana insults Mishri, accusing her of shameless behavior. Vaani declares she will take Mishri to the police, but Raghav stops her, reminding them that Mishri saved his life. He firmly states that today is important to him, and he doesn’t want to spend it focusing on Mishri. Vaani agrees and urges Raghav to start the party.
As the celebrations are about to begin, a cocktail glass suddenly shatters without explanation. Vaani and Kalpana share a smirk, while Mishri notices something strange, growing suspicious that something is not right.
