Mishka pretends to be concerned for Deepika’s safety, claiming that she needs a tetanus shot because she has hurt herself.
In a deceitful act, Mishka mixes another medicine into the injection before giving it to Deepika. She assures Deepika that she is now out of danger and can leave. Deepika, unaware of Mishka’s true intentions, believes she is safe.
Back at the flower shop, Payal instructs the workers to speed up their efforts. Suddenly, Deepika collides with Lavanya, who is furious. Deepika apologizes, but Lavanya does not accept it. She scolds Deepika for being negligent in her work and warns her that no one will rescue her if she fails to complete her tasks.
In the background, Janvi is plotting against Deepika. She sends a man to sabotage Deepika’s hard work. Neelima notices that Deepika is handling everything by herself and expresses her concern to Payal. The man working for Janvi informs her that he will disrupt Deepika’s efforts once she makes a move.
