In today’s episode of the show, Vidya offers Arman some curd before he leaves the house. Arman, along with Abhira, takes Vidya’s blessing before departing. Abhira tries to comfort Arman by telling him not to worry. She believes that Vidya will soon realize her mistake and call him back. However, just as they are about to leave, Panditji interrupts their conversation. Manisha asks Panditji if he came for veneration, but Panditji reveals that he has been called to perform the last rites. This shocks Arman, and he becomes worried for Kaveri. He quickly tries to stop Panditji from performing the ritual.

Kaveri, however, asks the Pandit not to stop and insists that he perform the last rites because, according to her, her family is breaking apart. Vidya, confused by Kaveri’s behavior, questions her. But Kaveri is in no mood to listen and angrily asks Vidya not to interfere. Kaveri is frustrated with Vidya for making decisions without consulting her. Arman steps in and tries to defend Vidya, asking Kaveri not to blame her. However, Kaveri continues to vent her frustration. She says that while Arman tries to make an effort, it is Vidya’s decisions that are causing him to leave the house today.

Kaveri goes on to say that neither Arman, Abhira, nor Vidya seem to care about her anymore. Abhira steps up to defend Arman, but Kaveri says she was mistaken in her judgment of Abhira. She thought Abhira wanted to build a family and would work to stay in the house, but now she feels she was wrong. Kaveri accuses Abhira of being willing to leave the house without considering her feelings.

Vidya, feeling attacked, tries to defend her actions. She says she has received nothing but pain from the situation. Kaveri, however, gives Vidya a choice: either to make or break the family. She tells Vidya that the decision is now in her hands. Vidya, caught in the middle of the conflict, makes the tough decision to stop Arman and Abhira from leaving. However, she shocks everyone by refusing to accept Arman as her son anymore.

Kaveri, though upset, says that despite her anger, she could never think of throwing Arman out of the house. She accuses Vidya of showing fake love for Arman. Kaveri believes that Vidya would never have made this decision if it had been Rohit in Arman’s place. Vidya is left speechless and deeply hurt by Kaveri’s accusations.

Vidya is shattered after hearing Kaveri’s harsh words. She feels like no one values her anymore. Rohit and Ruhi come to support her. Rohit tries to defend Arman, but Vidya expresses her deep sadness. She says she is unhappy because Arman has taken away Madhav’s dream of becoming a grandfather and Kaveri’s dream of being a great grandmother. She believes that Arman made a mistake by marrying Abhira. Vidya then asks Rohit and Ruhi to carry the family legacy forward instead. Rohit reassures Vidya, but Ruhi is left in shock by the situation.

Meanwhile, Arman is troubled by the thought that Vidya might start treating him like a stranger. Abhira comforts Arman and assures him that Vidya will eventually forgive him. Determined to fix things, Abhira decides to speak to Vidya and convince her to change her mind. As the episode comes to an end, Arman leaves Abhira to go fetch medicine for Vidya.

In the precap, Kaveri is seen asking Abhira to join the Poddar family business, but Abhira refuses. She doesn’t want to upset Vidya by joining the firm, showing her desire to maintain peace in the family.
