The episode of Kaise Mujhe Tum Mil Gaye 5th September 2024 begins with a heartwarming yet emotional scene between Virat and Amruta. Virat stands beside Amruta, who is peacefully sleeping. He notices the sunlight falling on her face and gently pulls the curtain to keep her comfortable. While looking at Amruta, Virat takes out a pendant, which he had planned to gift her, but keeps it to himself, unable to go through with it.
With a heavy heart, he places his hand over her head, silently wiping away his tears. As if sensing his presence even in her sleep, Amruta holds Virat’s hand, but he slowly pulls his hand back to avoid waking her. When Amruta briefly opens her eyes, she finds no one around and assumes it was just a dream, then falls back asleep.
Meanwhile, Virat leaves the house with his luggage, ready to embark on a journey that would take him far away from Amruta. He reflects on how lonely the house will feel without her and contemplates leaving for London once his work in Alibagh is complete. Outside, Babita and Priyanka notice Virat leaving, and Babita reveals her plan to Priyanka. Babita expresses her determination to marry Virat, telling Priyanka that she will leave with him.
Priyanka assures Babita that she will bring Pandit and Ishika to Alibagh to execute their plans flawlessly. Babita emphasizes that everything must be done perfectly, as she is determined to marry Virat. Priyanka agrees, and both women leave, unaware that Nimrit is suspicious of Priyanka’s sudden departure.
Back at the house, Jahan asks Bhavani who will bring Ganesh for the Ganesh Chaturthi celebration this year. Bhavani, without thinking, mentions Jayesh’s name, but quickly realizes her mistake. Harsh steps in to assure Bhavani, saying he will take responsibility for bringing Ganesh this year.
Bhavani, impressed with Harsh’s traditional attire, compliments him, and he thanks her in return. Bhavani then asks Harsh to call Amruta, so she can help with the preparations. However, Jahan points out that it isn’t appropriate to call Amruta to their house all the time, as she is now part of the Ahuja family. Bhavani brushes off his concern, making a light comment about it.
On the other hand, Priyanka and Ishika are on their way to Alibagh. During their journey, Ishika questions how Babita could agree to make her Virat’s wife again. Priyanka responds by saying it’s all because Babita despises Amruta and holds a grudge against her. Ishika nods in agreement, understanding the dynamics at play.
Amruta, unaware of everything happening behind her back, searches the house for Virat but is unable to find him. She remains oblivious to the annulment papers left on the table. Just then, Anjali asks Amruta to come to the kitchen, mentioning that her idli has been ruined. Amruta agrees and heads to the kitchen to assist Anjali, still unaware of Virat’s departure.
Meanwhile, Babita and Virat reach Alibagh, where Babita proudly shows Virat the house she has purchased. Virat, however, is distracted and wonders why Amruta hasn’t called him yet. He begins to question whether she has seen his letter or not, leading him to feel more anxious.
Back at the house, Amruta serves food to Bebe. Bebe, noticing Amruta’s presence, inquires about her mother-in-law. Anjali overhears this and teasingly asks Bebe if she has finally accepted Amruta as the daughter-in-law of the house. Nimrit and Anjali join in the playful teasing, making Bebe slightly uncomfortable. Amidst the banter, Amruta receives a call from Bhavani and heads over to Jahan’s house to help with the preparations for the Ganesh festival.
At the same time, Virat meets with his lawyer to discuss some matters. Babita, pretending to receive a call, steps out to meet Priyanka and Ishika, eager to finalize their plan.
At Jahan’s house, Amruta helps with the preparations for Ganesh Sthapana. Jahan mentions to her that it is Haryali Teej and suggests that Amruta should observe a fast (vrath) for Virat, as he is her husband. Bhavani, overhearing this, quickly dismisses Jahan’s comment, asking him to focus on the work at hand. However, Amruta later tells Bhavani that she will indeed observe a vrath for Virat. Bhavani feels upset, realizing that Amruta still considers Virat her husband.
Back in Alibagh, Babita confronts Priyanka, scolding her for not bringing the Pandit as promised. Babita warns Priyanka that with just one word, she could have Virat throw Priyanka out of the house. This tense situation sets the stage for further drama in the coming episodes.
