In the latest episode of Anupama, which aired on 15 September 2024, the story takes an emotional turn as tensions rise within the family. Pari tells everyone that Paritosh won’t allow them to meet Anupama. Mahi, feeling upset, fears that Paritosh will drop her off at a hotel. She cries as she shares how Paritosh scolded her and called her a burden. Paritosh confirms this when he tells Mahi he will take her to the hotel. Anupama, however, steps in and warns Paritosh about his actions.
Kinjal assures Mahi that Paritosh will not throw her out of the house. Despite this, Mahi insists she doesn’t want to leave. Anupama, seeing Mahi’s distress, decides to support her. This frustrates Paritosh, and he mocks Anupama, laughing at her decision. He even goes as far as saying that Asha Bhawan, the shelter where Mahi stayed, will soon shut down. Paritosh accuses Anupama of trying to act noble by adopting Mahi.
Hasmuk, on the other hand, reminds Paritosh that Mahi is his sister. Paritosh, however, refuses to accept her as family. He tells Anupama she can either keep Mahi or return her to Kavya, indicating his disapproval of Mahi staying in the Shah house. Paritosh further insists that Anupama can raise Mahi but should not bring her near him again.
Anupama, trying to comfort Mahi, asks if she would like to stay with her. Mahi, thrilled by the idea, happily agrees. Anuj also joins in, deciding to raise Mahi as his own daughter. Together with Adhya and Anupama, they welcome Mahi into their home with open arms.
Dimple, however, raises a concern. She wonders if the members of Asha Bhawan will be upset by Mahi’s sudden departure. Indra reassures her that Asha Bhawan has provided shelter to Mahi, but the decision to move her in with Anupama is a positive one.
In celebration of Mahi’s arrival, Anupama throws a welcoming party. Mahi is overjoyed by the warm reception she receives. Bala, another family member, comments that every new addition to the family should be welcomed in such a way. Anuj, Adhya, and Anupama even join in a dance to lift Mahi’s spirits. Watching this, Pari, Ishani, and Ansh remark on how lucky Mahi is to have found a home with Anupama.
Meanwhile, Kinjal and Titu express their desire to leave the Shah house. Leela is shocked to hear this, and Kinjal becomes emotional. Titu feels bad when he sees Dimple, but they remain firm in their decision.
Hasmuk later asks Anupama if Mahi is adjusting well. Anupama shares that Mahi is happily playing with Adhya. She then reflects on why Kavya seems to be avoiding Mahi. Hasmuk explains that Kavya was never truly happy living in the Shah house. Anupama decides to take full responsibility for raising Mahi. Hasmuk reminds her that she must not forget about Anuj’s legal case as well.
On the other hand, Titu decides to leave the house. Dimple confronts him, asking him to stay. When Titu requests that Dimple come with him, she refuses. She is determined not to let Paritosh and Dolly take over the property and forces Titu to stay in the Shah house as well.
Meanwhile, Anuj discovers that Ankush is spreading false rumors about him. Feeling hurt, Anuj is comforted by Anupama. Together, they make plans to expose Ankush and Barkha’s manipulative scheme. During this tense moment, Ansh innocently asks for pizza, but Paritosh, still angry, scolds him. Dimple steps in to defend Ansh, which leads to an argument between her and Paritosh.
In a lighter moment, Anuj gets a hiccup, and Anupama tries to distract him. However, she is still unsure about her decision to marry Anuj, leaving viewers in suspense.
Precap: Anupama and Anuj celebrate a happy moment. However, Paritosh receives notice to vacate the house, leaving both Anupama and Anuj, along with the Shah family, in shock.
