In today’s episode of Anupama 6th September 2024, the drama in the Shah household reaches new heights. The episode begins with Ansh, Mahi, and Ishani coming to meet Adhya, a delightful moment that brings joy to the family. Anupama is particularly excited to see her grandchildren together, and this heartfelt reunion is filled with warmth. Meenu also shares a sweet moment when she meets Adhya, while Leela, despite her usual stern demeanor, greets Adhya warmly. These small family interactions set the tone for the day, but things soon take a serious turn.
Anuj, feeling festive, decides to treat the Shahs, which lifts the mood in the household for a brief moment. However, a lighter scene unfolds between Anuj and Anupama as she lovingly removes hair from his face and flirts with him, showing their bond is as strong as ever. Anuj teases her back, and their playful banter is observed by Adhya, who looks at the couple in a slightly confused and curious manner. This moment of lightheartedness is quickly overshadowed by the arrival of Paritosh, who is about to stir up a major controversy.
Paritosh reaches the Shah house and immediately takes control of the situation. He sternly orders the family to return home, declaring himself as the new head of the family. His sudden declaration shocks everyone, as this is an unexpected move. He instructs Meenu, Kinjal, and Leela to follow his orders and go back home immediately, much to their dismay. Paritosh also expresses his frustration at the sight of the food stall outside their house, revealing that he can’t stand its presence any longer.
In a bold confrontation, Anupama steps in and questions Paritosh’s actions. She challenges his decision to declare himself the head of the family without any discussion. Paritosh, feeling insulted, accuses Anupama of disrespecting him in front of the entire family. Tensions rise as Paritosh begins to formulate a plan to completely take control of the Shah household. His intentions become clear when he approaches Leela, asking her to make him the official head of the family, to which Leela responds that Vanraj is still alive, and therefore, Paritosh has no right to take over. However, Paritosh coldly remarks that Vanraj is not returning, and he believes it’s time for him to take control of the family.
As Paritosh continues with his manipulative behavior, he lies about handling a builder, which raises suspicions among the family members. Dimple, in particular, is offended by Paritosh’s decisions, but he chooses to ignore her concerns. In a fit of anger, Paritosh even shouts at Leela and Kinjal, leaving them shocked and hurt. Surprisingly, Pakhi sides with Paritosh, supporting his bid to take control of the house. Paritosh remains adamant, insisting that Leela hand over the reins of the family to him.
Meanwhile, Anuj is troubled by Paritosh’s actions and is deep in thought. He worries about the future of the Shah family, especially with Paritosh at the helm. Sensing Anuj’s distress, Anupama steps in to console him, offering words of encouragement. Anuj opens up about his regrets, sharing that he feels he has failed to provide a good life for both Anupama and Adhya. He reflects on how Barkha and Ankush betrayed him, which led him to lose everything, including Anupama and Adhya.
In an emotional moment, Anupama reassures Anuj that he still has the talent and ability to rebuild his empire. She tells him to stay strong and motivates him to begin again. Anuj, touched by Anupama’s support, asks her never to leave his side, to which Anupama responds with love and reassurance. Adhya, who has been observing them, notices the deep bond and understanding between Anuj and Anupama.
Back at the Shah house, Paritosh continues to push his agenda. He orders the family to follow his commands, but Kinjal stands up to him, asking him to stop trying to control everyone. In a shocking move, Paritosh frames Vanraj’s picture, which leaves the Shahs stunned. He then decides to take an extreme step by declaring Vanraj dead in order to protect the family from potential trouble with the goons. This decision leads to a heated argument, and Leela slaps Paritosh for even thinking of such a drastic measure. Kinjal and Titu quickly intervene, asking Leela to calm down.

As the episode comes to a close, Anupama asks Anuj and Adhya to take some rest, sensing the growing tension. Meanwhile, Paritosh confidently tells Hasmuk and Anupama that he is now the head of the family. Paritosh threatens Anuj, and Anupama can’t help but compare Paritosh to Vanraj, worrying that Paritosh’s actions will ultimately destroy the Shah family.
