In the episode Lakshmi finds out that she has the same blood type as Rohan, which is O+. She quietly tells the nurse about it and asks her to keep the blood donation a secret. Lakshmi also makes Parvati promise not to tell anyone about the donation. Parvati agrees to keep it confidential. Lakshmi then asks the nurse to take Parvati to Neelam. The nurse agrees and sends an attendant to escort Lakshmi to the blood donation room, while she takes Parvati away.
The nurse brings Parvati to the Oberoi family, where Neelam asks about Lakshmi’s whereabouts. The nurse informs them that Lakshmi isn’t around. The Oberoi family immediately criticizes Lakshmi, calling her an irresponsible mother. However, Parvati steps up to defend her. She explains that Lakshmi is a responsible mother and brought her to the hospital. Parvati also adds that when Lakshmi heard about Rohan’s critical condition, she went to pray for him. She emphasizes how much Lakshmi loves both her and Rohan.
Meanwhile, Rishi asks the nurse if blood has been arranged for Rohan. The nurse confirms that a woman has come forward to donate blood anonymously for Rohan. The Oberoi family expresses their gratitude to the unknown donor, unaware that it is Lakshmi.
As the nurse returns to Lakshmi, we see her in the blood donation room, donating blood for Rohan. The nurse, while collecting the blood, praises Lakshmi and tells her how lucky Rohan is to have her in his life. Lakshmi replies that she would do anything for her son. The nurse even comments that Lakshmi looks like Rohan’s real mother, and their faces resemble each other. Lakshmi reflects on how, even though Rohan is not her biological child, she still considers him her son.
Meanwhile, Malishka blames Lakshmi for Rohan’s condition. Parvati steps in again, telling Malishka that she is wrong and that Lakshmi is not responsible for what happened to Rohan. Malishka argues, but Parvati stands firm. She insists that she was there when Rohan got hurt. Malishka claims she was also present, but Parvati counters that if she had been there, she wouldn’t be blaming Lakshmi. Parvati explains that Rohan was playing on the staircase railing, and even though Lakshmi told him to stop, he didn’t listen, which caused him to fall and get injured.
Harleen asks Parvati if this is true, and Parvati confirms it. Malishka still blames Lakshmi, saying that some ash fell into Rohan’s eyes, causing the fall. Parvati argues that Lakshmi was with her at the time and couldn’t have been near Rohan. She accuses Malishka of lying. Neelam tries to calm Malishka down, but she refuses to stop. Eventually, Neelam takes her away.
Neelam then scolds Malishka for arguing with Parvati. She reminds Malishka that Parvati is her granddaughter and warns her not to raise her voice at her again. Neelam admits that she now believes Parvati’s version of events and regrets listening to Malishka earlier. She warns Malishka never to speak to Parvati in that manner again. Reluctantly, Malishka agrees.
Later, Malishka complains to Aanchal and Karishma about how Neelam took Lakshmi’s side. Aanchal and Karishma correct her, explaining that Neelam actually sided with Parvati, not Lakshmi. They tell Malishka that Neelam was upset about the way she treated Parvati. Karishma advises Malishka to handle Lakshmi the way she wants but warns her to leave Parvati out of it, as Neelam will always protect Parvati.
Reflecting on the situation, Malishka realizes that Parvati is the real reason why Lakshmi is still in the Oberoi household. She understands that Parvati is the one holding Rishi and Lakshmi together.
Neelam returns to Parvati, and Parvati asks if she explained things to Malishka. Neelam confirms that she did and acknowledges her mistake in believing Malishka earlier. Shortly after, Lakshmi arrives, and Malishka immediately questions why she is there, reminding her that Neelam had ordered her to stay away from Rohan. Just then, the doctor enters, and Lakshmi anxiously asks about Rohan’s condition. The doctor reassures her that Rohan is now out of danger and is asking for her. Malishka tries to dismiss the doctor’s words, but he insists that he heard Rohan correctly.
Emotional, Lakshmi starts to leave, but Neelam stops her and encourages her to go see Rohan. Lakshmi heads to meet Rohan, and the episode ends on that emotional note.
