Today’s the drama unfolded when Kalika, filled with anger, questioned how anyone could expect him to apologize to people from the lower class. Bheema responded firmly, warning that the matter would go to court if he refused. Kalika’s anger continued as he stormed out of the police station. However, back at home, Kalasha Bua, his mother, confronted him.
She demanded that he apologize to Kundan and the others. Kalika was stunned, as were those around him, but Kalasha Bua insisted. She explained that sometimes one must do hard things, even burn their hand, to control the fire. Kalika resisted, vowing never to apologize. But his mother made him swear on her life, leaving him with no choice but to obey her and apologize on behalf of those he had ordered to carry out the harsh treatment of the lower class.
Later, Bheema was walking with Kundan and the others when Kalasha Bua and Kalika arrived, along with the police. Kalika, still reluctant, repeated what his mother had told him to say. He admitted that he had been drunk and didn’t know what happened. He asked Kundan to forgive him for the events that transpired. Gaya, Mehwa, and the others were left speechless at the sudden apology. Bheema noticed Baba Sahib standing nearby, observing the scene.
Kalasha Bua proudly declared that this was what Bheema wanted, and it had happened. Bheema was satisfied, stating that this was the right thing to do. Kalasha Bua then ordered the Inspector to destroy the police report that had been filed. Reluctantly, the Inspector tore the report and threw it on the ground, leaving everyone staring at it. Kalika, filled with rage, stormed off, followed by other members of the upper class.
As Kalika left in fury, Kundan remarked that for the first time, someone from the upper class had apologized to them. He credited Bheema for making this happen. Bheema, however, credited Baba Sahib and the Constitution for giving them the strength to fight for their rights. The group began chanting praises for Baba Sahib and the Constitution.
Meanwhile, Vishambar was surprised by the events and expressed his thoughts to Dharamshala. He told her that, just like the sun spreads light, the apology had cleansed their hearts. Apologizing, he explained, did not diminish their strength but rather gave them respect. However, Pinky, Vishambar’s daughter, was confused and couldn’t understand why her mother, Kalasha Bua, had bowed down to Bheema.
Kalasha Bua explained that she loved her son, Kalika, too much and had spoken to their lawyer, who informed her that Kalika could have been imprisoned for up to one and a half years. The people of the lower class would have ridiculed them if that happened. Apologizing, in her view, was the best way to avoid humiliation.
In a secluded godown, Kalika’s anger reached its peak. He recalled how he had been forced to apologize due to his mother’s plea and Bheema’s threat of legal action. He felt humiliated and vowed to restore his lost pride. In a fit of rage, he ordered his men to kidnap Bheema and throw her from a bridge. Despite his mother’s efforts to calm the situation, Kalika was determined to seek revenge. He drank heavily, imagining Bheema standing before him and slapping him, which only fueled his fury further.
Kalasha Bua, on the other hand, believed Kalika’s apology had positioned him as a leader in the village. She hoped that the people would start seeing him as the rightful leader after her. Dharamshala warned that Kalika might act out of anger after being forced to apologize, but Kalasha Bua reassured her that she had protected him from arrest.
Back in the village, Kundan stood firm, stating that he would not leave despite Kalika’s wrath. He was proud that, for the first time, someone from the upper class had given them the respect they deserved by apologizing. This, he believed, was a step forward for their community.
Bheema later confided in her mother, Dhania, expressing her newfound appreciation for education. She realized that education had given Baba Sahib the confidence to lead their people, and she believed that education would empower them as well. Dhania, concerned for Bheema’s safety, warned her to stay indoors. However, Bheema, determined to continue the fight for justice, assured her mother that she was not afraid and that they would continue to fight, no matter the consequences.
