Monday’s episode begins with Lavanya asking Prithvi to step forward for his engagement. Lavanya instructs Neelima to serve breakfast to the guests. Prithvi feels conflicted and asks Lavanya if she expects him to sacrifice his love. Lavanya, however, reminds him of her promise to Chirag. She assures Chirag that she will return his happiness and intends to fulfill her word. Prithvi, feeling cornered, requests Chirag and his father for help. Omkar steps in, telling Lavanya that what she’s doing is unjust to her son. But Lavanya remains firm, saying she’s doing the best for Prithvi.
Meanwhile, Manorama and Sobha are dancing joyfully. Janvi, watching this, tells Sobha that she can’t join them based solely on Deepika’s call. The tension escalates when Prithvi tells Lavanya he cannot marry Dimple. Lavanya dismisses his feelings, saying he fell for Janvi just by watching her video as Miss Rajasthan. She sarcastically suggests that he watch the video of Miss Dubai next. Lavanya is determined to push Prithvi into marrying Dimple, despite his protests.
Prithvi refuses to follow Lavanya’s orders and mentions how his brother made the right decision by marrying Deepika. He confronts Lavanya, calling her a dictator who only cares about rules and conditions. He accuses her of not truly loving her children and declares that he will defy her, just like Chirag did. Prithvi vows to marry Janvi despite Lavanya’s objections. Lavanya, furious, slaps him and pushes him away. Chirag tries to intervene, but Lavanya warns him to stay out of it, blaming him for all the chaos.
Neelima attempts to speak up, but Lavanya shuts her down. Lavanya makes it clear that she will never accept Janvi as her daughter-in-law because she blames Janvi’s family for taking her son away from her. Lavanya also tells Neelima and Ashu that she has done everything for the Mittal family’s reputation, and that is her priority. While Omkar agrees with Lavanya’s concern for family reputation, he is not fully on board with her decision. He tells Lavanya she cannot force their son to marry against his will. But Lavanya, in a dramatic turn, threatens to sacrifice her life if Prithvi does not get engaged to Dimple.
As tensions reach a breaking point, Prithvi faints. Everyone turns to Chirag, asking him to convince Lavanya to calm down. Chirag, feeling the weight of responsibility, approaches his mother. He tells her that he doesn’t want to see her in tears and blames himself for the situation. Lavanya, however, refuses to listen and continues her demands. Chirag accuses her of blackmailing Prithvi, but Lavanya is determined to proceed with her plan.
Prithvi regains consciousness and tries to speak to his mother, but Ashu advises Omkar that the family matters are spiraling out of control. Chirag, torn between loyalty to his brother and obedience to his mother, tells Lavanya he cannot do injustice to Prithvi. Lavanya counters, saying it is Prithvi who is blackmailing her, and insists that Janvi will never be the Mittal family’s daughter-in-law.
In the end, Prithvi turns to Chirag and asks what their mother said. Chirag, clearly conflicted, agrees with Lavanya. He admits that Lavanya is not budging from her stance. Lavanya, determined as ever, calls everyone to witness her actions. Prithvi, now feeling utterly defeated, tells Chirag he had hoped for his support but accepts that he too has surrendered. Sobha tries calling Prithvi, but he hands the phone to Deepika. Deepika speaks to Sobha and reveals that Lavanya is moving forward with Prithvi’s engagement to another girl. Furious, Sobha and Manorama curse Deepika.
In the precap, Lavanya remains adamant that Prithvi will marry Dimple. In a shocking twist, Prithvi cuts his wrists, leaving the family in panic.
