On September 21, 2024, the episode of the show takes a dramatic turn as Lavanya and her family rush to see Prithvi. Upon arrival, they are all shocked to witness the bloodshed surrounding him. Ashu receives a call from Deepika, who informs Lavanya that Prithvi has been admitted to the ICU. Deepika also reveals to Ashu that Prithvi had attempted suicide by cutting his wrists, leaving everyone devastated. Deepika urges everyone to rush to the hospital to be with Prithvi.

Meanwhile, Sobha is deeply worried about Janvi and fears that Mrs. Mittal might send her to jail. Amidst this tension, Chirag is heartbroken and sits near Prithvi, crying for his brother. Deepika tries to comfort Chirag, but he reveals that his brother never takes any actions without his consent. Deepika assures Chirag that everything will be okay and they should remain hopeful until Prithvi wakes up. Chirag promises that he will fulfill all of Prithvi’s wishes.

Omkar and the others soon arrive at the hospital. When Omkar learns that Prithvi is still unconscious, he becomes extremely anxious. Lavanya, desperate to see her son, tries to enter the ICU, but the doctor prevents her from going in. Deepika stands up for Lavanya, telling the doctor that no one has the right to stop a mother from seeing her son. Lavanya backs her up, insisting that she will not be stopped. Just then, the nurse informs Chirag that Prithvi has regained consciousness.

Lavanya, overcome with emotion, begins crying upon seeing Prithvi in his vulnerable state. As Prithvi gains more awareness, he starts murmuring about Janvi, expressing his desire for her to be with him. Janvi, clearly frightened by the situation, enters the room to meet Prithvi. He tells her he is relieved to see her alive. Janvi, trying to keep things calm, asks him not to tell his mother about their conversations.

However, Lavanya, sensing something is wrong, demands to know what Janvi had told Prithvi. She becomes furious upon realizing that Janvi was aware of Prithvi’s suicide attempt but kept it to herself. Janvi, overcome with guilt and emotion, admits that she received a call from Prithvi before he attempted suicide. She starts crying, attracting the attention of everyone in the room.

Lavanya confronts Prithvi, asking why he gives up so easily. Chirag also expresses his frustration, calling his brother selfish for not considering the impact his actions would have on his family. The entire family expresses their disappointment in Prithvi, accusing him of cowardice for choosing suicide as a way out.

Outside the room, Janvi continues to cry, which causes even more drama. Deepika steps in and firmly tells Janvi that she does not want to hear any more talk of death. Janvi, still in a state of despair, confesses that she cannot live without Prithvi and expresses a desire to die as well. Deepika, trying to calm her down, reassures Janvi that she will convince everyone to accept their love. She promises to support her sister through this difficult time, even though Chirag tries to stop her. However, Deepika remains determined, stating that she cannot stand to see her sister suffer.

Ashu, deeply concerned for Prithvi, tells him that his condition has scared them all. Deepika then approaches Lavanya with a heartfelt request to accept Prithvi and Janvi’s love. Payal and Saloni also join in, pleading with Lavanya to accept their relationship. Finally, Chirag, too, asks his mother to consider Prithvi’s wishes.

As the episode ends, Lavanya seems to be softening. In the precap, Lavanya announces that she is ready to accept Janvi into their family. However, Janvi secretly plots to take revenge on Chirag, leaving the viewers on edge for what might unfold next.
