The episode of Dil Ko Tumse Pyaar Hua 5th September 2024 begins with Prithvi making a call to his mother, but it turns out she has come to empty the house. Lavanya, however, steps in, revealing her intentions to take back her house. Prithvi is desperate and pleads with Lavanya to allow Janvi to continue living in the house. Lavanya, in a calculative move, sets a strict condition for Prithvi. She agrees to let Janvi stay in the house, but only for a month, and on one condition: Prithvi is not allowed to meet Janvi during this time, nor can he visit the house anymore. Faced with no other option, Prithvi reluctantly agrees to Lavanya’s terms.
Lavanya, satisfied with the deal, quickly calls her team to stop the process of emptying the house. She informs them of another task that needs to be completed within the next hour, emphasizing the importance of getting the job done efficiently. Lavanya’s focus on her goals is evident as she manages her team with precision, ensuring there are no delays.
Meanwhile, Deepika is having a conversation with her father when she receives a call from Chirag. Chirag, in his usual romantic style, shares his excitement with Deepika by telling her that he will bring a nameplate with both their names on it. Deepika is thrilled at the thought of seeing her name alongside Chirag’s on the door, a symbol of their growing relationship. However, her joy is short-lived when a bulldozer arrives on the scene, threatening to destroy the house.
Deepika panics at the sight of the bulldozer and rushes to stop the destruction. She pleads with Prakash, the man in charge of the demolition, to halt the process. Prakash, while sympathetic to her, advises Deepika to speak to Lavanya as he is merely following orders. Desperate, Deepika approaches Lavanya, begging her to stop the demolition. Lavanya, cold and detached, refuses to listen to Deepika, instructing her not to address her as “mother,” further distancing herself emotionally.
Neelima and Prithvi also attempt to reason with Lavanya, but she is adamant about her decision. Her resolve stems from her belief that Deepika is responsible for Chirag’s current predicament, forcing him to live in the outhouse. As tensions rise, Prithvi tries to contact Chirag, hoping he can intervene, but Chirag is busy in a meeting. Chirag receives a reminder to take his medicine and, after doing so, instructs his assistant doctor to stay focused on their work. He then switches off his phone, leaving Prithvi unable to reach him.
Lavanya, in a fit of anger, warns Prithvi that if he doesn’t comply with her conditions, she won’t hesitate to throw Janvi out on the streets. Inside the house, Deepika, still desperate, rushes to gather her important belongings before the bulldozer begins its work. She pleads with Prakash for five minutes to collect her things, and although he grants her request, Lavanya scolds him for the delay and orders him to proceed with the destruction. Prakash, obeying Lavanya’s orders, starts the demolition process.
Prithvi, realizing the imminent danger, runs into the house to rescue Deepika. Just as the situation seems dire, Yashwant arrives on the scene. Without hesitation, he too enters the house to help save Deepika. Together, Prithvi and Yashwant successfully manage to get Deepika out safely. Neelima expresses her gratitude to Thakur for saving everyone from the disaster.
Yashwant then confronts Lavanya, determined to hold her accountable for her actions. Lavanya, however, remains unfazed and boldly declares that she is not afraid of Yashwant. She warns Yashwant that if Chirag finds out about the events, things will only worsen for him. Despite Yashwant’s attempts to speak to her, Lavanya orders her guards to forcibly remove Deepika and her father from the house. The guards comply, pushing Yashwant onto the road, causing his health to deteriorate.
At the same time, Chirag finishes his surgery and tries to call Deepika, but her phone is switched off. Unaware of the chaos at the house, Chirag remains out of the loop. Meanwhile, Deepika, frantic and desperate, rushes to Lavanya again, begging for help as Yashwant’s health worsens. Lavanya, cold and unrelenting, warns everyone not to intervene. However, the neighborhood children come together and help Deepika secure an auto-rickshaw to take Yashwant to the hospital.
