Kalyani, Abhay’s mother, takes charge of the situation and warmly welcomes Lalita and her family. While everyone is trying to adjust to this unexpected visit, Abhay feels uneasy. He quickly excuses himself and steps aside to make a phone call to Sakshi, his close friend. He wants to know what conversation took place between Sakshi and his mother the previous day. Abhay suspects something is off and hopes Sakshi might have a clue. However, Sakshi, unaware of the events unfolding, tells Abhay that she and Kalyani only had a casual talk and that nothing unusual was discussed. Abhay, still troubled, decides to talk to Sakshi later and ends the call.

Kalyani, meanwhile, introduces Ritu to Abhay, but Abhay, overwhelmed with frustration, walks away without saying a word. His silence sends shockwaves through the room, leaving both Kalyani and Ritu perplexed. Trying to maintain a welcoming environment, Kalyani reassures Lalita, telling her not to hesitate and to feel at home.

During this, a small boy suddenly enters and hands over an envelope to Lalita. She takes the envelope and tells her daughter, Ritu, that she will take out some money from it. As the episode unfolds, it becomes clear that Lalita is focused on the money more than the occasion itself. She and Ritu begin counting the money, placing it carefully in their wallets. Kalyani, observing this, grows suspicious of their intentions and starts keeping a closer eye on their behavior. Her once-warm demeanor slowly shifts as she begins to test Lalita and Ritu’s character by subtly asking them questions.

At the same time, Akshay, another key character, reaches the address he was given to meet Ritu. However, upon his arrival, he finds no one there. Meanwhile, Raghu video calls Ganga, showing her the venue of the gathering, but Lalita quickly snatches the phone away, clearly not wanting anyone to see what’s happening. Raghu reveals that he has another sister apart from Ritu, but this sister was insulted on a previous occasion, adding more tension to the already uneasy atmosphere.

As the auspicious time for the engagement approaches, Pandit ji reminds Kalyani to proceed with the rituals. But Sakshi, who has been trying to contact Abhay, keeps calling him, anxious to know what’s happening at his house. While Kalyani is preparing for the engagement, Lalita, who is eager to proceed, tells her to go ahead with the ceremony. However, Kalyani tells her that they need to wait for the entire family to gather first. Lalita insists that everyone from her family is already present, but Kalyani, feeling something is off, points out that someone is missing.

At that moment, Ganga walks in, surprising everyone with her sudden entrance. The atmosphere in the room changes instantly, and everyone is caught off guard by her arrival. Ganga, who had been praying for all misunderstandings to be cleared, brings a new twist to the situation.
