The episode begins with Ritu telling Akshay’s mother not to perform the aarti as she wants to clear things up first. However, Akshay assures Ritu to trust him and insists they enter the house. Reluctantly, Ritu performs the Grah Pravesh (house entry ritual). During the ritual, Ritu learns from Akshay’s mother that her son’s name is Akshay.
Meanwhile, Lalita finds out from Raghu that Ritu has not returned yet. Worried, she tries calling Ritu to find out where she is. On the other hand, Ritu finds out from Akshay that he is a social worker. This comes as a surprise to her, as she had assumed differently.
In a separate scene, Ritika brings dogs to try and scare Ganga. However, Ganga, being a brave girl, doesn’t back down. Just as the situation intensifies, Abhay comes to Ganga’s rescue and saves her from the dogs. Ganga recalls Abhay’s promise to always protect her and expresses her gratitude towards him. Ritika, seeing this, questions Abhay’s actions. She demands to know why he would save Ganga. Abhay replies by stating that even their dogs have a certain status, implying that Ganga doesn’t deserve the treatment Ritika is giving her. However, Ritika insists that Abhay should take strict action against Ganga.
Back with Ritu and Akshay, Ritu tells Akshay that she feels betrayed. She is hurt because she believes Akshay has deceived her. Akshay tries to explain, but Ritu shuts him down, telling him to remain silent. Ritu is shocked further when she discovers that Akshay is just a class 10 fail boy. This revelation deeply disturbs her. She starts imagining Ganga taunting her about the situation, which only adds to her frustration. In her distress, Ritu tells Akshay that she wants to return to her mother. Akshay tries to comfort her, but she is inconsolable.
Akshay’s mother steps in and asks Ritu what she plans to tell her own mother. This only makes things more complicated for Ritu, who starts to feel that Akshay is a mere duplicate of Dr. Abhay. In a surprising twist, Hema arranges a ticket for Vaishnodevi from Sudha. Ritu soon learns from Akshay that his full name is Akshay Kumar, not Abhay Kashyap, as she had thought.
At the same time, Lalita and her husband are anxious because they haven’t heard anything from or about Ritu. Their concern grows as time passes. On the other hand, Akshay receives a call from one of his helpers, who informs him that the police are searching for him. Upon hearing this, Ritu decides that she should leave immediately. However, just as she is about to, she sees Akshay’s mother and hesitates. She tells Akshay that she feels suffocated in the house and needs some air. In response, Hema advises Ritu to change her dress.
Meanwhile, Ganga has made up her mind that she won’t leave the house. Abhay, on the other hand, instructs Kalyani to inform everyone that he was forcefully married to Ganga. Kalyani, unsure of what to do, tells Chetan to take Abhay inside the house while she contemplates her next steps with Ganga. Soon after, a group of women from the neighborhood gathers to meet Kalyani. To their surprise, Ganga walks along with them. Kalyani starts to worry, knowing she might have to reveal the truth about Ganga soon.
The episode concludes with a suspenseful moment. In the precap, the women express their desire to meet Kalyani’s daughter-in-law (Bahu). Kalyani’s maid informs her that the Bahu is waiting outside, and everyone rushes to see Ganga, eager to uncover the truth.
