The episode begins with Ganga opening up about her pain to Lalita. Ganga shares her worries, telling Lalita that some people want to break her marriage. Lalita, trying to comfort Ganga, reassures her by saying she will speak to her mother-in-law. However, when Lalita approaches Amma ji to discuss the issue, Amma ji takes control of the situation. She assures Lalita that she will handle everything herself and asks her to leave.

Meanwhile, Ritu is excited and expresses her happiness to Akshay. But Akshay seems distant and reveals his understanding of the situation. He tells Ritu that he knows she married him because of Abhay, implying that her intentions were not genuine. Akshay accuses Ritu of being an imposter, stating that her feelings aren’t real. Ritu tries to defend herself, claiming that she truly loves Akshay. However, Akshay calls her a liar, saying that she only cares about appearances. He coldly informs Ritu that, from now on, they will live together but as strangers, showing that he no longer trusts her.

At the same time, Hema confides in Amma ji about her feelings of helplessness. She expresses the pain she feels when Akshay is taken away from her. Hema admits that she has always feared someone would take her children away. Amma ji responds by harshly reminding Hema that she should feel ashamed for calling Kalyani’s children her own. She then urges Hema to take responsibility for the situation and reminds her of the sacrifices that have been made. Hema, feeling guilty, agrees to stay outside until Kalyani accepts her. Lalita also instructs Ritu to send Ganga back home, but Ritu responds that Kalyani will be the one to send Ganga away. To help secure Ritu’s position, Lalita suggests buying her a house near her sasural.

Hema, feeling guilty for her actions, tries to explain herself to Chetan. She reminds him of the sacrifices she made on that day. However, Chetan responds with frustration, stating that while a father might forgive her, a husband will not. He makes it clear that Hema’s mistakes were serious. Hema acknowledges the gravity of her actions, admitting that she committed a big sin. Unbeknownst to them, Akshay overhears their conversation, adding more tension to the situation.

Ganga, meanwhile, is worried about Abhay’s plans. She knows that Abhay is going to call the advocate for an amendment, and she doesn’t know who to talk to about it. Kalyani is also feeling troubled and watches as Hema talks to Akshay. During their conversation, Hema apologizes to Akshay for hiding the truth from him. She explains that she always advised him not to come to Patna because of Kalyani. Akshay, however, reassures her, telling her that she will always be his mother and that whatever decisions she makes will be in his best interest. Kalyani, witnessing this, becomes emotional and begins to cry, feeling the weight of the situation.
