The story opens with Bhagyashree making her way to the kitchen at night. She is looking for some water. As she enters, she notices Rajat sitting alone in the dark. Concerned, she approaches him. When she gets closer, she sees that he is in tears. This troubles her, and she asks Rajat what is wrong.
Rajat shares his deep regret. He tells Bhagyashree that he hurt Savi at the request of Kiyaan. This hurt not only Savi but also Sai, who is deeply affected by the situation. Bhagyashree quickly responds that hurting Savi was a mistake. Rajat explains that he wanted to do what his son asked, but now he feels he is drifting away from Sai. He admits he knows he did wrong and expresses his fear of losing Sai for good. Rajat believes he could not handle that loss.
Bhagyashree comforts him and assures him that no one can come between him and Sai. She encourages him to express his love to Sai. Motivated, Rajat promises that he will make Sai happy again. He even declares that he is ready to fall at Savi’s feet to ask for her forgiveness. Bhagyashree agrees, saying that this is the right approach.
The next morning, Bhagyashree and her daughters start getting ready for their exercise routine. During this time, Isha and Shantanu arrive at the Thakkars’ house with prashad. Bhagyashree is curious about where they have been. Isha excitedly shares that they went to a temple, and Shantanu carried her in his arms there. This leads to some playful teasing between Bhagyashree and Isha, and Shantanu takes Isha away with a smile.
Meanwhile, Rajat is at home and quietly apologizes to a sleeping Sai. He tells her that he wants to regain her trust and make her proud to call him the best dad. He confesses his deep love for her and that he cannot live without her.
In another scene, Shantanu complains to Isha about having a backache. He feels that he is not fit enough to carry her like before. Isha reassures him that she hasn’t changed. Meanwhile, Rajat decides to cook Savi’s favorite dish as an apology. He asks Isha for help with the preparation. Isha agrees to assist him by making the puran (the filling) for Puran Poli, which will make it easier for him. Rajat gratefully accepts her help.
As they talk, Rajat notices some magazines and inquires about them. Shantanu explains that Isha has been feeling lonely at home and has taken up reading. Rajat suggests finding a paying guest for Ahana since she is also looking for a homey environment. Shantanu agrees with this idea. Isha then hands the prepared puran to Rajat.
At home, Rajat begins to make the Puran Poli but struggles with the process. His sisters notice and tease him, knowing he is making the dish for Savi. When he asks for their help, they refuse, which makes him feel even more anxious. Sai overhears their banter and leaves, leaving Rajat doubting his cooking skills.
Later on, Jigar visits Savi and asks if he can borrow her laptop to check for job replies. Savi suggests that he should work in Rajat’s company. She offers to talk to Rajat for him. Savi hands him the laptop, and while doing so, Jigar accidentally brushes his hand against hers. Savi notices this but doesn’t get a chance to react as Sai arrives and takes her away.
Sai then shows Savi the Puran Poli Rajat made for her. Savi is surprised and impressed by Rajat’s cooking skills. Rajat offers her a taste, and she comments that it is perfect. Just then, the doorbell rings, and Savi finds Sitaphal Rabdi at the door. It is a complimentary dish sent alongside the Puran Poli. Realizing that Rajat ordered the Puran Poli from a restaurant, Savi playfully teases him, and Rajat feels embarrassed.
Savi then asks Sai to help her prepare for an upcoming speech competition. Rajat later tries to check on Sai’s practice, but she shuts the door in his face. Savi questions her reaction, reminding her that Rajat made the Puran Poli as an apology. Sai replies that she cannot forgive him easily and wants a more significant gesture. Rajat overhears this and feels worried.
Meanwhile, Jigar opens the door to find Tapsee, who surprises him. He asks her why she is at his house. Savi welcomes Tapsee and explains to the family that Tapsee is a new student at her school. She mentions that their teacher asked her to guide Tapsee. Savi also shares that Tapsee faced an assault in Canada, which is why she moved here. She encourages Tapsee to reveal the name of her assailant so Jigar can use his connections to help, but Tapsee refuses to disclose any information.
As the episode concludes, viewers are left with a mix of emotions and new developments in the lives of these characters, setting the stage for more drama in the upcoming episodes.
