Today’s episode starts with Maati Se Bandhi Dor’s characters Vaiju and RV. They both have come to Mumbai to search Rohan. Then Vaiju suddenly starts thinking about something and is about to get hit by an oncoming truck when RV saves her. Then both of them are eating Vada Pav when someone steals their purse and they run to catch the thief. Then Vaiju sing a marathi song on ganpatti bappa in front of Bhosale and Thakkar family. who had gone to get the idol of Ganpati Bappa to raise money to survive in Mumbai. After the song is over, everyone gives them some money and this is how both of them meet the family in Ghum Hai KisiKey Pyaar Mein.
Savi compliments her song and engages in conversation. Just then, Bhagyashree calls her to attend to Sai. As Savi walks towards her car, a boy named Rohan accidentally bumps into her and quickly runs off, leaving his bag behind. Savi picks up the bag and notices some goons searching for him.
Meanwhile, Sai shows Bhagyashree a large modak in front of Lord Ganesha’s idol. Bhagyashree mentions to Lucky that they should get a similar modak. Sai says she will show it to her father and heads towards Rajat. Suddenly, a speeding car hits Sai, leaving her severely injured and unconscious. Savi rushes to her side, while Rajat angrily confronts the driver. Rajendra tells Rajat to focus on helping Sai instead of fighting. Rajat then lifts Sai, and the family rushes her to the hospital.
At the hospital, the doctor examines Sai and informs the family that she has lost a lot of blood and needs O negative blood, which is rare. Savi reveals that her blood group is B negative, but the doctor explains they need O negative. Rajat is asked to get his blood type tested, but he refuses, recalling a conversation with Arsh, who had told him that Sai is not his biological daughter. Savi is shocked by his refusal to help.
Sai’s friend Ashika is informed about the accident and the need for O negative blood. Although Ashika’s blood type doesn’t match, Arsh overhears the conversation and suggests they visit the hospital. Rajat makes calls to blood banks to find O negative blood, while Savi questions why he hasn’t gotten his blood tested. Rajat snaps at her, saying he doesn’t want to. Vaiju overhears the conversation and volunteers to donate her blood, as her blood type is O negative. Ashika and Arsh arrive, and Ashika once again confirms that she cannot donate blood. However, Arsh offers to donate since he shares the same blood type as Sai. He takes a moment to silently taunt Rajat. But just then, a nurse informs them that the blood has already been donated, so there is no further need.
Savi walks up to the blood donor and realizes it’s Vaiju. She thanks Vaiju for saving her daughter’s life and says that by donating blood, Vaiju has become like Sai’s mother too. Vaiju replies that it was her duty to help. Savi asks if Vaiju is looking for her husband, Ranvijay, and guesses they must be newlyweds.
Vaiju explains that her relationship with Ranvijay is complicated. A nurse comes in and informs Savi that the doctor wants to see Sai’s parents. Savi goes to the doctor, who tells her that Sai is improving and asking for her “Pari mamma.” Savi rushes to Sai and hugs her tightly. She introduces Vaiju to her family and explains that Vaiju donated blood. The family thanks Vaiju, and Bhagyashree invites her to join them for the upcoming festival.
Vaiju and Ranvijay tell Rajat and Savi that they came to Mumbai looking for Rohan, an orphan who had stayed with them. Their phone and belongings were stolen, so Vaiju had been singing to collect money. Rajat offers to help them find Rohan. Ranvijay borrows Rajat’s phone to call Jaya, explaining the situation and asking her to send a picture of Rohan. Savi takes everyone home for the festival prayers. The Thakkar and Bhosale families perform a pooja for Lord Bappa. Savi asks Sai to whisper her wish to Bappa’s vehicle, the mouse Mushak Ji, so Bappa can fulfill it.
Sai whispers that she wants her papa to stop being angry and love her like before. Isha notices Vaiju’s empty hairline and comments that a married woman’s hairline should never be empty. Vaiju and Ranvijay remember their wedding. Isha asks Ranvijay to fill Vaiju’s hairline with sindoor. He hesitates but is about to apply the sindoor when Rajat gets a call from Jaya. Ranvijay accidentally knocks over a sindoor plate, and the sindoor falls into Vaiju’s hairline.
Rajat gets a call from his friends, informing him that a gang has kidnapped Rohan. Meanwhile, Rohan is being held by a warden and her goons. He begs for his freedom, saying he returned their drugs, but the warden says he was supposed to deliver drugs worth 5 crores. Rajat and Ranvijay arrive at the scene. Rajat tells Ranvijay to save Rohan while he distracts the gang by ramming his jeep into some empty drums.
The goons surround Rajat, who pretends to be blind and uses humor to distract them. Meanwhile, Ranvijay manages to rescue Rohan, but the goons catch them and tie up all three of them. Savi and Vaiju arrive with a group of women and save them. The drama continues…
