The episode begins with Ranbir on his way to his family hotel’s grand inauguration. It is a bright and sunny day, and Ranbir is driving with excitement about the big event. At a traffic light, he spots Meghla. Instantly, he is captivated by her. Her eyes seem so pure and innocent to him that he feels there must be something special about her. Meghla, however, does not notice Ranbir. When the light turns green, Meghla drives off, but Ranbir remains at the signal for a moment, lost in thought.
Eventually, Ranbir arrives at the hotel. He is warmly greeted by his sister and cousin. His sister-in-law (SIL) expresses concern, saying they have lost hope in the success of the hotel. Ranbir responds playfully, teasing her with his words, which leads to a scolding from Harman, his brother. Despite the scolding, they share a warm hug. From upstairs, Mehar watches their interaction with interest. When Ranbir notices her, he decides to go and meet her.
Meanwhile, at Sen’s house, Meghla’s mother is upset. She is unhappy with the number of clothes her husband has packed for their upcoming trip. She questions him about it. Her husband seems indifferent to her concerns. Adrija, Meghla’s sister, reminds her father of her mother’s complaints. Meghla’s father assures them that three sets of clothes should be sufficient, despite his wife’s warnings about the weather. Meghla’s mother continues to argue with her husband. Just then, the doorbell rings. Meghla’s father goes to answer it, thinking it might be Meghla arriving.
At the door, Ranbir meets Mehar along with his cousins and sister. Mehar is visibly upset and starts crying in front of Ranbir. She expresses her fear of losing him because of his profession. Mehar insists that Ranbir should resign from his job or she will leave the house. Ranbir and his cousin try to persuade her to reconsider. Ranbir’s sister attempts to change the subject, but Ranbir’s teasing makes everyone smile. He then tells Mehar that she should be proud of his work, as he is saving lives.
Back at Meghla’s home, her mother urges her to pack her clothes for the trip. They are running late. Meghla’s father advises her to take warm clothes because of the weather. Meghla agrees. Adrija, however, refuses to share her suitcase with Meghla, surprising the entire family. Her parents try to convince her to change her mind, but Adrija remains firm. Meghla’s father decides to buy a small suitcase for Meghla, but Meghla’s mother declines the offer. Meghla decides to pack her clothes in her handbag instead.
At the hotel, Ranbir informs his family that he plans to take a seven-day leave. Mehar complains about his time off. Ranbir’s aunt suggests that it is time for him to get married. Ranbir pleads with Harman to help him, but Harman refuses. Meanwhile, Adrija has a confrontation with Meghla. She accuses Meghla of always trying to copy her and compete with her. Adrija criticizes Meghla’s clothes and her social skills. Meghla tries to calm her down, but Mr. Sen scolds Adrija for her rude behavior. He calls her actions indecent and tells her she needs to teach Meghla a lesson.
In the final scenes, Mehar informs Ranbir that he isn’t choosing a partner for himself, so she is arranging a meeting with a prospective bride for him. Ranbir remembers Meghla and smiles. This reaction confuses Mehar.
Precap: Param shows Ranbir a video of Meghla singing. Later, Ranbir meets Meghla again and wonders if this could be a sign from God.
