The episode begins with Jagriti gazing up at the stars, feeling like she’s speaking to her mother. Jagriti opens her heart, telling her mother about her troubles. She complains that Nanda has locked her up as punishment for setting the birds free. The worry for Harish weighs heavily on her. She knows she’s trapped and doesn’t understand how she will manage to earn the ₹100 that she desperately needs.
Meanwhile, Bindi tries to bring some food to Jagriti. However, Mangala quickly stops her. Mangala explains that Jagriti must learn not to go against Nanda and Durjan. Despite Bindi pleading, Mangala stands firm, refusing to allow food to be taken to Jagriti. Mangala blames Bindi for everything that’s happening, saying it’s because Jagriti isn’t a Chitta. According to Mangala, if Bindi had raised Jagriti better, they wouldn’t be facing these problems.
Jagriti, locked away, begins to feel the cold weather as night falls. As she shivers, she notices a snake nearby. Fear strikes her. Just in time, Kachori arrives and chases the snake away, providing a moment of relief for Jagriti. Kachori also sneaks some food for her. Grateful, Jagriti thanks Kachori for both saving her from the snake and bringing her food.
But Kachori’s brother soon arrives, disrupting the moment. He stops Kachori from helping Jagriti further, taking her away from the cage. The situation becomes more difficult for Jagriti as Bindi once again tries to provide her with some comfort, this time by giving her a blanket. Unfortunately, Mangala intervenes yet again. She doesn’t allow Bindi to help and pulls her away.
Later, Kachori’s brother returns. This time, he shows Jagriti a rabbit they’ve caught. He mockingly tells her they plan to eat it, fully aware that Jagriti is against harming animals. Jagriti is left helpless, unable to stop them from their cruel actions.
As the next day dawns, Jagriti notices the birds gathering around her. She makes a soft sound, guiding them carefully into a cage. Despite capturing them, she feels deep regret. Jagriti apologizes to the birds, telling them she has realized an important lesson. She now understands that in order to help others, she must first free herself from her own cage. She promises the birds that one day she will set them free, but for now, she needs to focus on earning money and stopping the Chitta people from harming animals in the forest.
The Chitta people soon notice that Jagriti has managed to capture all the birds. They loudly announce that Jagriti has successfully completed Nanda’s challenge. They ask Nanda to release her from the cage, now that the task has been accomplished. Durjan also steps in, urging Nanda to let Jagriti go since she has captured all the birds as required. Nanda finally agrees and opens the cage. Jagriti steps out, but before leaving, she turns to the birds and makes them a promise – that one day, she will return to set them all free.
Later, Jagriti meets with her father, Harish. He asks her how she managed to escape from the cage. Jagriti explains that she followed Nanda’s instructions and captured the birds, which allowed her to be released.
The episode ends with Jagriti determined to find a way to stop the cruelty happening around her while also making sure that one day, the animals and birds will be free.
