On 19 September 2024, Jhanak was preparing for an upcoming operation. Her doctor encouraged her to stay calm and assured her that everything would be fine. To help ease her mind, the doctor suggested that Jhanak take a break and go on a trip to relax from her busy life. Aditya, her close friend, wished her well and promised to plan a nice trip for her after the surgery. However, Jhanak had one wish before the operation—she wanted to meet Anirudh, someone very important to her, one last time. She hoped he would stay happy in his life, no matter what happened.

Meanwhile, Anirudh’s family started noticing that something was off. When they asked him if he was leaving for work, Arshi, Anirudh’s wife, revealed the real reason. She told them that Anirudh was going to see Jhanak. The family became concerned, especially when Anirudh told them that Jhanak wasn’t pregnant, as some had thought, but had a tumor in her stomach. This news shocked everyone. Shubh, another family member, couldn’t understand why Anirudh cared so much about Jhanak.

Despite Shubh and Tanuja’s attempts to stop him, Anirudh made it clear that he wasn’t changing his mind. He apologized to his family for upsetting them, but he was determined. He didn’t want anyone else, including Arshi and Shrishti, to go with him to see Jhanak. He wanted to be there for her himself. Anirudh shared that Aditya had informed him about Jhanak’s surgery. His decision sparked more drama in the family when Lal insulted Jhanak, and Bipasha reminded Anirudh to think about Arshi, his wife. However, Anirudh stood firm and defended Jhanak, refusing to let anyone speak ill of her.

Bablu, a family member, offered to accompany Anirudh, but Anirudh insisted that Bablu stay behind to take care of Appu. At home, things became more tense as Arshi gave Anirudh an ultimatum. She told him that if he went to Mumbai to see Jhanak, she would end their relationship. But Anirudh didn’t care. He felt guilty for the way he had treated Jhanak before, realizing that he had insulted her without reason.

Though Tanuja reminded him that Jhanak had once blamed him for her pregnancy, Anirudh trusted Jhanak now. He believed that there might have been some truth in her claims back then. This upset Arshi even more. She threatened to leave Anirudh if he went through with his plan to meet Jhanak, but he didn’t back down. He yelled at the family, accusing them of being insensitive, and told Arshi to stay with her mother if she wished.

The conflict escalated when Shubh began targeting Bablu and Anjana, both of whom supported Anirudh’s decision. Anjana even questioned why Arshi had married Anirudh, knowing he had feelings for Jhanak. Bablu and Anjana remained loyal to Anirudh, and Choton, another family member, also showed his support, knowing that Anirudh would never abandon his responsibilities. Despite the family’s efforts, Anirudh refused to be stopped. He argued with everyone and made it clear that he would not be controlled by them anymore. Arshi was heartbroken and called him a cheater.

Anirudh then revealed something shocking: Arshi had won a major reality show only because Jhanak had sacrificed her own chance to win. He shared that Jhanak had deliberately lost so that Arshi could win, as Arshi had been battling depression at the time. This revelation left Arshi and the family stunned. With tears in her eyes, Arshi watched as Anirudh left the house to catch his flight.

Upon arriving in Mumbai, Anirudh went straight to the hospital. Aditya, surprised to see him, asked how he had arrived so quickly. Anirudh was asked to sign a consent form for Jhanak’s surgery. He didn’t hesitate, signing the form as Jhanak’s relative. Aditya, though, warned him not to regret his decision later, reminding Anirudh that he had insulted Jhanak in the past.

Anirudh insisted that his relationship with Jhanak was his own matter, and Aditya should not interfere. As the tension rose between the two men, Aditya warned Anirudh not to hurt Jhanak again. It was at that moment that Anirudh realized the depth of his feelings for Jhanak.
