The latest episode opens with a heated argument between Anirudhha and Arshi. Anirudhha has been neglecting Arshi, and this has created tension between them. On another front, Chhoton and Mrinalini are both excited about their upcoming marriage. However, Chhoton struggles to find the right moment to express his desire to marry her. Meanwhile, the plot thickens as the commissioner arrives at Lalan’s house to discuss the mysterious death of Lalan’s father. The commissioner has gathered substantial evidence against Shubho, who is suspected to be responsible for the death. He expresses his intention to file a case against Shubho to seek justice for Lalan’s father. The commissioner is even willing to cover the costs of the legal proceedings. However, Anirudhha and Lalan are concerned about taking this drastic step. They worry about the repercussions and how it could affect their family.
The commissioner argues that failing to pursue justice would be unfair to Lalan’s deceased father. Yet, Lalan’s mother fears that a legal battle could lead them to lose everything. The commissioner tries to encourage them, urging them to gather the courage to seek justice, or else it will be challenging to get their revenge. Lalan is also aware that filing the case could bring shame to Appu, Lalan’s father. After discussing these concerns, Appu expresses her desire for justice for her father-in-law. With the support of her son and daughter-in-law, Anuradha gives the commissioner the go-ahead to begin the legal process.
As the episode unfolds, Shristi and Chhoton join Arshi and Anirudhha as they prepare to leave for the airport. However, Anirudhha appears unenthusiastic about the journey, which surprises both Arshi and Shristi. Suddenly, Anirudhha feels another wave of pain in his chest but keeps it to himself. Chhoton notices Anirudhha’s discomfort but does not press him for details. Arshi and Shristi dismiss Anirudhha’s pain, believing he is merely trying to avoid the trip.
Finally, Anirudhha can no longer hide his pain. He asks Chhoton to stop the car so he can rest for a few minutes. Although they insist he should get back in the car, Anirudhha’s condition worsens.
In another storyline, Jhanak and Aditya arrive in Kolkata to complete their shooting schedule. As soon as Jhanak steps foot in Kolkata, she senses something unusual in the air, a feeling that leaves her uneasy.
