The episode begins with Aditya warning Anirudh not to insult Jhanak again. Aditya asks Anirudh to accept his relationship with Jhanak, but Anirudh hesitates. He tells Aditya not to be hasty and asks him for clarity. As they discuss, a doctor arrives with some legal papers. Aditya requests Anirudh to sign them, specifying his exact relationship with Jhanak. Anirudh claims to be a close relative and signs the papers. When it comes to medical expenses, Anirudh learns that Aditya has already paid the dues. Anirudh offers to repay the money, but Aditya refuses his offer, wanting no favors. Anirudh insists, but Aditya holds firm.

Meanwhile, the nurse informs them that they can watch Jhanak’s operation if they wish. Before the surgery, Anirudh is desperate to meet Jhanak. He gets permission and rushes to her side. At the same time, Arshi, feeling hurt and disrespected by Anirudh’s actions, tells her family that she plans to live with her parents. She feels Anirudh no longer values her. Despite everyone’s attempts to change her mind, Arshi remains firm. Shrishti and Vinayak, upset about the situation, visit the Bose family to discuss the ongoing issues. They have come to take Arshi home.

Back at the hospital, Aditya tries to stop Anirudh from meeting Jhanak. He’s concerned that seeing Anirudh might upset Jhanak before her operation. However, Anirudh insists on seeing her. He tells Aditya to stay out of his personal matters. Arshi reveals that Anirudh has gone to meet Jhanak, which angers Shrishti. Vinayak, who still doesn’t know the full story, is confused. Shrishti, furious, lashes out at Bablu. Anirudh, on the other hand, is filled with regret. He realizes he has wronged Jhanak by not believing in her. Now, he wants to make amends and admit his love for her.

When Jhanak is informed that Anirudh is there to see her, she is surprised. Upon meeting him, she asks how he came. Anirudh expresses his feelings, telling her how much she means to him. He confesses that he believes her now. He even fought with his family to visit her. Anirudh admits that Jhanak is important to him, and he apologizes for his past mistakes. He assures her that the operation will go well. Jhanak becomes emotional hearing his words.

In a different scene, Bablu explains that Anirudh couldn’t stay away after hearing about Jhanak’s condition. Shrishti, however, is still angry. She tells everyone that Jhanak is pregnant, causing quite a stir. Tanuja and Bipasha quickly clarify that Jhanak isn’t pregnant. Instead, she has a tumor in her stomach. Shrishti and Vinayak are shocked by this revelation.

Despite their past conflicts, Jhanak forgives Anirudh. She urges him to be happy with Arshi and mentions how she’s seen him living a content life with her. Anirudh, however, denies this. Jhanak, fearing the worst from her operation, tells Anirudh that her life might end soon. She wants him to be clear about his feelings. She asks him if he signed the bond. Anirudh says yes and adds that Aditya paid for her medical expenses. He feels awkward about someone else covering the cost for his wife’s surgery. Jhanak is touched by his words, realizing that Anirudh still sees her as his wife.

Meanwhile, Shrishti doesn’t believe Anirudh’s sudden change of heart. Lal suggests that Jhanak might have manipulated Anirudh into coming. Vinayak disagrees, saying that Jhanak would never blackmail him. Shrishti and Vinayak have opposing views, and the tension between the families escalates. Lal still believes that Anirudh loves only Arshi, but perhaps feels obligated to Jhanak.

As Anirudh continues to comfort Jhanak, he apologizes once again. Jhanak asks him to stop apologizing and assures him that it’s the truth. Their marriage still matters to her, and she just wants him to be happy. Choton, meanwhile, steps in to defend Bablu and Anjana from Shrishti’s accusations. Dadi advises Choton to stay quiet, trying to keep the peace. As the episode ends, Jhanak asks Anirudh to leave, but not before thanking him for coming. Anirudh assures her that he will stay with her until she recovers from the operation.
