Jhanak 7th September 2024 Episode Written Update: The episode begins with a buzz of activity as Anirudhha ensures everything is in place for Appu’s wedding. The family is excited, but beneath the surface, Subha hides his true intentions. While Subha outwardly shows deep concern for Appu’s happiness, it is revealed that he is secretly plotting to break the wedding between Appu and Lalan. He acts as if he is worried about every detail, carefully masking his real plans.
Meanwhile, Rumi, a key character in the episode, becomes envious when she notices the expensive necklace Appu receives as a wedding gift. The necklace was gifted by Jhanak, and it immediately becomes a point of discussion. Family members, curious about how Jhanak could afford such an expensive item, begin questioning her. Jhanak calmly reminds them that she had a job in Mumbai and earned enough to buy the necklace. Her explanation, however, does not entirely satisfy the curiosity and suspicion of some family members.
The mood becomes joyful when Lalan, the groom, arrives at the Bose house to marry Appu. The house is filled with excitement, and Appu, in particular, is thrilled to see Lalan. However, the family advises her not to see Lalan’s face before the wedding rituals, as it goes against tradition. Appu, who is excited to marry her friend, ignores their warnings. She insists that since Lalan is her friend, she has every right to see him before the wedding ceremony. When she finally stands before him, she can’t help but compliment his attire and his handsome appearance.
While the wedding preparations are underway, Bipasha and Arshi, two relatives, plot to humiliate Jhanak in front of the guests. Their plan involves having Jhanak compete in a dance challenge against Lalan’s team. They intend to embarrass her, especially since she is pregnant, hoping that the performance might cause her harm. Appu, oblivious to their ill intentions, gets excited about the dance-off and insists that Jhanak participate. Lalan and his team also agree to join the dance competition.
Bipasha pushes Jhanak to lead the Bose family in the dance challenge, knowing full well that it might cause harm to Jhanak’s pregnancy. Jhanak, though surprised by the request, agrees to participate for Appu’s happiness. She even asks Arshi and Bipasha to join her in the performance, but they refuse, considering her inferior to them. Their refusal doesn’t deter Jhanak, as she takes on the challenge alone.
Lalan’s team performs first, displaying great energy and enthusiasm. Their performance is met with applause and sets a high bar for Jhanak. Despite being pregnant, Jhanak takes the stage next. Her primary motivation is to bring joy to Appu on her special day. Her dance starts well, but as it progresses, she begins to feel weak. Suddenly, Jhanak loses consciousness and collapses on the ground. The joyous atmosphere turns to concern as Ajanta rushes to check her pulse.
Anirudhha, who is also worried, tries to approach Jhanak, but his wife stops him, reminding him that if he shows too much concern, people might start to believe the accusations against Jhanak are true. After a few tense moments, Jhanak regains consciousness and expresses her desire to rest. Despite her efforts to make Appu happy, Vipasha, Arshi, and others begin taunting her. They accuse Jhanak of deliberately participating in the dance, knowing it could harm her pregnancy. This hurtful treatment causes Jhanak to feel intense pain in her abdomen.
Realizing her mistake, Jhanak prays for the safety of her child. Her physical discomfort grows, and it becomes clear that her decision to dance may have had serious consequences. The tension mounts as everyone awaits the outcome of the situation.
Meanwhile, Tanuja and Vipasha anxiously await the next part of Subha’s plan. They know that something big is about to happen, as Lalan reassures them that everything will unfold as planned.
Precap: Police come to the house on Appu’s wedding day to arrest Jhanak. However, Jhanak, despite her fragile state, demands to see the arrest warrant before going with the police.
