The episode begins with Virat checking on Amruta to see if she has eaten. Amruta says no, so Virat suggests they eat together and asks if they can share the meal. Amruta agrees. Just as they are about to eat, Dildar rushes in, alarmed, and tells Virat that Babita has foam coming out of her mouth and she took sleeping pills. Hearing this, Virat immediately leaves to check on Babita.
Meanwhile, Priyanka and Ishika celebrate Virat’s decision to withdraw the case against them. Feeling relieved, Ishika tells Priyanka that her problem is solved but asks what Priyanka plans next. Ishika then points out that Babita hasn’t approached Priyanka yet. Priyanka responds that this time, they need to do something big to remove Amruta from their lives and make sure all the blame falls on Babita.
As they are plotting, Ishika checks their WhatsApp group and discovers the shocking news that Babita has attempted suicide by taking sleeping pills. She quickly informs Priyanka about Babita’s desperate action.
At the hospital, the doctor tells Virat that they managed to remove the pills from Babita’s system just in time. However, Babita keeps calling out Virat’s name. Virat rushes to her side and asks why she would take such a step. Babita, emotional and upset, tells him she did it because he wasn’t speaking to her, adding that she felt there was no reason to live. Nimrit, deeply upset, asks Babita if she and Dildar mean nothing to her. Babita counters by saying that if they cared, they would have made Virat talk to her sooner.
Virat, still confused, asks Babita what she would have done if he had talked to her. Babita, caught off guard by his question, asks what he means by that. In a flashback, Virat is seen asking the doctor how long ago Babita took the sleeping pills. The doctor estimates it was around two hours earlier. Virat then contacts Shekhar and instructs him to find out who gave Babita the pills.
Shekhar checks the building’s CCTV footage and finds out that Kavita purchased the sleeping pills. He even identifies the chemist who sold the pills. Virat tells Shekhar to bring the chemist to him for questioning.
Later, Virat brings the chemist to Babita and explains that this is the person who sold Kavita the sleeping pills. The chemist confirms that Kavita learned taking 5 to 6 pills wouldn’t cause serious harm, and that’s exactly how many she took. Virat shows Babita the pill bottle found in her room and dismisses the chemist. He then asks Babita if she really thought doing this would make him forgive her. He reminds her of the emotional pain he went through when she previously pretended to fall in front of a truck. He demands to know why she is putting them through all this drama again. Babita tearfully admits that Amruta is creating a wall between them.
Frustrated, Virat tells Babita he’s had enough. He tells her she is exhausted and needs to rest. Virat then tells Nimrit they should leave, and he walks away without looking back. After Virat leaves, Amruta confronts Babita. She calmly tells Babita that she is not the one causing problems between her and Virat – it’s Babita herself.
Later, Priyanka contacts the chemist over the phone. She confirms with him that he told Virat the truth about Kavita’s involvement. The chemist assures her that he did. Priyanka is relieved and tells Ishika that Babita’s plan has been foiled. She believes that now Babita will have no choice but to turn to her for help. Ishika agrees and mentions that it was lucky the building’s watchman spotted the footage of Kavita buying the pills and passed it to Shekhar. This allowed them to expose the truth through the chemist.
Meanwhile, Amruta sees Virat deeply disturbed by the day’s events. Trying to comfort him, she suggests making some food and asks him to join her in 10 minutes. Amruta is worried about Virat and silently vows to fight anyone who tries to hurt him.
The next morning, Virat and Shekhar are out jogging when Virat spots Bhavani and Jahan nearby. He quickly hides and listens in on their conversation. Bhavani is talking about some issue related to a stall, which piques Virat’s interest. He decides to investigate further to help Bhavani with whatever problem she is facing.
The episode ends with Virat determined to dig deeper into Bhavani’s situation.
