The latest episode of Kavya Ek Jazbaa Ek Junoon 13th September 2024, opens with Vicky and Kavya tracing the phone number of a ward boy named Bablu. The duo tracks him down to a large, remote location. Realizing the vastness of the place, they decide to split up in their search for Bablu. Vicky spots a group of goons in the area and mistakenly assumes that they are there to help Bablu. Concerned, he tries to reach out to Kavya, but to his dismay, her phone is unreachable.
Meanwhile, Anjali, who is back at the hospital, calls Vicky and asks him to put Kavya on the line. Vicky informs her that he is not with Kavya at the moment but promises to find her soon and arrange the conversation. Vicky quickly hangs up, focused on the task at hand.
Back at the hospital, Adi, who is curious to know if Anjali was able to reach Kavya, asks her if she had spoken to her. Anjali responds that Kavya is not with Vicky at the moment, leaving Adi visibly concerned. Determined, Adi decides to head to Vicky’s location to find out what’s happening.
As the scene shifts, Kavya discovers some goons attempting to harm Bablu. She fearlessly intervenes and tries to protect him, but the situation escalates quickly. Just as things begin to look dangerous for Kavya, Vicky arrives in time to help her. Together, they fight off the goons and manage to rescue Bablu from the attack.
Soon after, Adi arrives on the scene and joins Vicky in the fight. The intense battle against the goons continues, and at one point, a goon attempts to strike Kavya on the back of her head with a stick. However, Adi steps in and stops the attack just in time, saving her from serious harm.
With the immediate danger gone, Kavya turns her attention to Bablu and demands the truth. She confronts him and asks him to come clean. Under pressure, Bablu finally confesses to both Kavya and Adi. He reveals that three years ago, he was bribed to replace Kavya’s medicine with fake drugs. Additionally, he admits that he obtained Kavya’s signature through deceit, causing her to unknowingly get involved in the scheme. Adi is left in shock as the truth begins to unravel.
Bablu’s confession leads them to the police station, where he admits to his crime. The police arrest him, bringing a sense of justice to the situation. However, Rajiv, who is still bitter about the past, confronts Adi at the police station. Rajiv questions Adi about what he will do next, now that the truth about Kavya’s innocence has come to light. For the past three years, Adi had accused Kavya of being responsible for their child’s death. Now, with Bablu’s confession, Rajiv asks Adi what his next move will be. Unable to respond, Adi leaves the scene in silence.
After the confrontation at the police station, Kavya asks Vicky to drop Rajiv and Mayank off. She informs him that she will catch up with them later. Vicky agrees and leaves with Rajiv and Mayank. Kavya then gets into another car, ready to leave the police station, but soon notices something strange. The driver is heading in the wrong direction, and despite her request to stop, the driver ignores her. Alarmed, Kavya takes a closer look and realizes that the driver is none other than Adi.
Kavya, surprised, asks Adi what he is doing. Adi, without much explanation, tells her that she needs to come with him. Meanwhile, Vicky and Rajiv grow concerned when they realize that Kavya has gone missing and begin searching for her.
Adi takes Kavya to a room that he has decorated, hoping to apologize and make amends. The room is filled with flowers and decorations, but Kavya is not impressed. She confronts Adi and asks him if he truly believes they can get back together. Adi admits that he hopes for a reconciliation but acknowledges that Kavya has changed. He remarks that if she were still the old Kavya, he wouldn’t have had to abduct her.
During this emotional confrontation, Kavya notices a few boxes in the room and curiously asks Adi what they contain. Adi opens the boxes one by one, revealing a stick, a rock, a knife, and a gun. He tells Kavya that she can punish him however she sees fit because he is guilty of everything. Kavya is intrigued but remains silent.
In a surprising turn, Adi opens the last box and reveals a pack of Maggi noodles. He jokes that if Kavya were to forgive him, they could make Maggi together. The joke brings a moment of lightness to the otherwise tense situation, but Kavya remains silent, clearly conflicted.
The episode ends with the precap showing Vicky confronting Adi. Vicky asks Adi to leave Kavya, stating that he cannot live without her.
