On September 19, 2024, the episode of the popular show takes an emotional turn. The story begins with Kavya approaching her father, Rajiv, who is organizing her clothes. Kavya instructs him to place her sarees on the second row of the cupboard. Rajiv, however, is more focused on Kavya’s life. He urges her to think carefully about her future. Kavya reassures him that she is indeed thinking about it and asks him to trust her decisions. Rajiv then asks Kavya what she plans to say to Vicky regarding their relationship.
Suddenly, Rajiv receives a call from Vicky. Vicky congratulates Rajiv, saying that Kavya has agreed to marry him. Rajiv is overjoyed to hear this news. However, Vicky later calls Kavya and reveals that he lied to Rajiv because he knew she couldn’t bring herself to do it. He tells Kavya not to worry about anything.
Meanwhile, Adi walks into his room, where Omi is waiting for him. Omi mentions that Adi still hasn’t apologized to Kavya. Adi admits that there’s a bigger problem, explaining that someone else is involved in Kavya’s life. Omi immediately assumes Adi is talking about Vicky and corrects him by saying that Vicky is only pretending to be Kavya’s boyfriend. Malini joins the conversation and tells Adi that he is making the same mistake he made in the past. She advises him not to assume anything about Kavya and suggests he express his true feelings before it’s too late. Adi agrees to her advice.
Elsewhere, Rajiv shares the news of Kavya’s marriage decision with Mayank. Just as they celebrate, Kavya walks in and informs them that her current priority is solving the medical scam. She doesn’t want to perform any marriage rituals while the case is still ongoing. Rajiv understands and agrees with her decision.
Meanwhile, Seema instructs her assistant, Manoj, to alter some documents. She wants to make it seem as though Giriraj Pradhan owns the godown, in case there’s an investigation. Manoj questions her intentions, as Giriraj is her ally. Seema responds that Giriraj is only loyal to himself, implying she doesn’t fully trust him.
The next day, Kavya finds a mysterious note taped to her door. The note advises her to investigate the owner of the godown if she wants to uncover the truth about the fake medicines scam. Kavya quickly leaves a message for Vicky, telling him to meet her at the godown.
Omi visits Vicky at his home and asks him about his future plans with Kavya. Vicky says that they would live in a government bungalow if they got married. Omi, however, doesn’t believe Vicky is good enough for Kavya. He insists that only Adi deserves her and goes on to tell Vicky about Adi and Kavya’s love story.
At the godown, Kavya runs into Adi. She is surprised to see him there and asks him why he came. Adi admits that she may never forgive him, but begs her not to take away his right to care for her. Kavya leaves without responding.
As she exits the godown, Kavya tries to find an auto-rickshaw but has no luck. Adi offers her a ride, claiming that no autos will pass through that area. Suspicious, Kavya asks how he knows that. In a flashback, it is revealed that Adi had bribed an auto driver with Rs 500 to ensure no autos come down that street. Determined not to accept his help, Kavya decides to walk. Along the way, she asks a passerby on a bicycle for a ride. Adi, seeing this, hands his car keys to the cyclist and takes the bicycle himself, continuing to follow Kavya.
Kavya receives an urgent call, informing her that the secretary is waiting for her. With no other option, she hops on Adi’s bicycle, and they head to the Sachivalaya together.
Later, Adi confronts Vicky about why he told him that Kavya was going to the godown. Vicky replies that love can’t be forced, and if Kavya is happier with Adi, he will do everything he can to support their relationship. He even suggests that Adi should leave town and let him handle things. Adi praises Vicky, calling him a good guy. He tells Vicky that if he truly believes Kavya will be happy with him, he is willing to step aside.
The episode ends with a shocking scene. In the precap, Adi is shown to be dead, and Kavya is devastated.
