The episode begins with Giriraj and Malini discovering that Adi is injured. Malini, concerned, immediately tells Giriraj to call a doctor. However, Giriraj refuses, saying there’s no need since Adi only hurt himself by hitting a pillar. Malini insists that a doctor is necessary, but Giriraj is more worried about Adi telling others about him. He warns that if Adi speaks up, everything they’ve worked for will be ruined. Together, they take Adi to his room.
Meanwhile, Kavya arrives at Adi’s house after receiving a call from Malini. She asks why Malini called her there. Malini brings her to Adi’s room, where Kavya is shocked to see Adi’s condition. Malini explains that Adi had discovered Giriraj’s involvement in the death of his unborn baby. Adi was about to go to the police to take the blame for Giriraj’s crimes, as he had no evidence against him. In his distress, Adi slipped, fell, and injured his head. Malini says that Giriraj is keeping Adi locked in the house to prevent him from revealing the truth.
Malini begs Kavya to help Adi escape without Giriraj noticing. Kavya agrees, and both women assist Adi out of the house. They head toward the car, where Kavya tells Vicky to open the door. They get Adi inside, and Kavya advises Malini to return inside before anyone notices. Kavya and Vicky then drive away with Adi. On the way, Kavya explains to Vicky what Malini had told her. She instructs Vicky to drive toward Babuwa village.
Back at the house, Giriraj asks Malini where Adi is. When she reveals that she sent him away, Giriraj is furious. He accuses Malini of losing her mind. However, Malini stands firm, stating that as a mother, she can’t allow her son to go to jail for something he didn’t do. She locks Giriraj in a room, ensuring that he stays there until justice is served.
As they drive, Adi regains consciousness. Kavya is upset and scolds him for trying to take the blame for Giriraj’s crimes. She questions what he was thinking. Adi admits that he felt he had no other choice because he didn’t have any proof against Giriraj. Kavya is shocked by this revelation. Adi then explains that Giriraj went to the hotel, thinking the witness was there to kill her. This leads Kavya to wonder who has been secretly changing the witness’s location. Both suspect that it might be Seema. Kavya then asks Vicky to meet with the high command and hand over the car to her. Vicky agrees and leaves.
Meanwhile, the witness pretends to be ill and asks the police officer escorting them to take them to a hospital. The officer refuses, insisting they are heading to Kanpur. Manoj, the officer’s superior, calls to check on their status. When the officer mentions the witness’s condition, Manoj arranges for an ambulance and instructs the officer to take the witness there. The officer complies.
Kavya and Adi later meet the police officer and demand to know where the witness is being taken. The officer stays silent, but Kavya warns him that his call records have been traced, and his superiors are aware of his actions. The officer pleads for forgiveness, but Kavya dismisses him. Soon after, Kavya informs Adi that Seema has been arrested on orders from the high command.
In the following scene, Kavya and the Bansal family are seen watching the news. It is reported that Giriraj and Seema have been arrested for their involvement in a fake medicine scam that happened three years ago. Adi also withdraws from the MLA elections, adding to the unfolding drama.
Suddenly, Vicky calls Kavya, telling her that Adi has met with an accident. Kavya rushes to his house, only to find Adi lying lifeless. Vicky tells her she arrived too late. However, moments later, it’s revealed that Adi is only pretending to be dead. Kavya humorously scolds him, teasing that if he were alive, she would make him prepare for her first night with Vicky. Adi finally gives in and asks her to stop teasing him. Kavya slaps him gently, warning him to never joke about such things again. She then confesses her love for him, and the two reconcile.
The episode ends with a one-year leap. Kavya gives birth to a baby girl, and Adi shares the good news with her—she has been promoted to District Magistrate (DM). Kavya expresses her concern about balancing work and family life, but Adi reassures her that with the right partner, it’s possible. Kavya smiles, acknowledging that she already has that partner—her husband. The episode closes with Kavya, Adi, and their baby taking a selfie together and sending it to Vicky.
