In the 13th August 2024 episode of “Kumkum Bhagya,” the story takes a dramatic turn as emotions run high among the characters. The episode begins with Neha confronting Jassi about marriage. Neha makes it clear to Jassi that she is not willing to marry for money, despite the circumstances.

Jassi, on the other hand, quietly contemplates using Sahil to get rid of RV, indicating that he might have ulterior motives.
Meanwhile, Harleen is seen confronting Dadu, RV, and others, questioning whether they believe Poorvi made the right decision. Harleen is visibly upset and insists that Poorvi acted against their wishes. Diya tries to calm Harleen, pointing out that the accusations against her brother-in-law have been lifted, but Harleen remains unconvinced. She believes Poorvi made a grave mistake by going against the family’s wishes and hints that Poorvi might have acted out of a sense of guilt or to cover up something else.

Back at Neha’s place, Sahil continues to express his concern, asking why Neha kept him in the dark about her troubles. Neha explains that she didn’t want to burden him, knowing that he would stand by her no matter what. Sahil reassures her of his support but reluctantly agrees to leave when Neha insists that he go home. However, just as Sahil leaves, the doorbell rings again, and Neha is startled to find Poorvi at her door. Neha is clearly not in the mood to talk and tries to shut the door, but Poorvi stops her.
As this confrontation unfolds, Khushi, Vishaka, and Divya arrive at Poorvi’s house, calling out for her. They are met with taunts from Harleen, Dadi, and others. Deepika, however, tries to remind them that this is still Poorvi’s marital home, but Vishaka is firm in her belief that it will always be Poorvi’s home. Khushi then confronts the family about forcing Poorvi to divorce RV, but Dadi denies any such thing. Khushi and Vishaka reveal that they learned about the situation from the news, implying that Poorvi might have been coerced. However, the family defends their actions, stating that Poorvi is headstrong and didn’t give them a chance to intervene.
RV then makes a bold statement, accusing girls like Neha of trapping men for their amusement, a comment that seems directed at Khushi. Divya, taken aback, questions RV’s insinuations, but RV deflects, saying they are here for Poorvi. This leads to a heated exchange, with Diya trying to mediate but only adding to the confusion. Harman and Yug step in, clarifying that Poorvi’s plan was unknown to the family and that she acted on her own.
Vikrant supports Poorvi’s decision, believing she acted in RV’s best interest. However, Dadu reminds everyone that marriage is not a joke, and Vishaka passionately argues that Poorvi deeply loves RV and cannot live without him. Monisha, however, coldly states that Poorvi must divorce RV, even if it means dying without him.
The scene shifts back to Neha and Poorvi, where Poorvi reveals her true intentions. Poorvi declares that she will now ensure that Neha marries RV, whether Neha wants to or not. Poorvi warns that the media is already against Neha, leaving her with no choice but to marry RV. With a sense of finality.
Poorvi sets the date on her phone and gives Neha just 24 hours, promising to personally decorate the wedding mandap and drag her there if necessary. After delivering this ultimatum, Poorvi leaves, leaving Neha in a state of fury. In a fit of rage, Neha starts breaking things in her house, determined that she will not let Poorvi dictate her life. She contemplates calling Monisha for help, realizing that she might need her support to escape this situation.

Meanwhile, Khushi, still unsure of the truth, demands confirmation from Poorvi that she acted on her own and was not forced by anyone. Vishaka questions Poorvi’s actions, and Diya defends herself, saying that the family didn’t get a chance to explain before Khushi and the others arrived, causing a scene. As tempers flare, Harleen becomes increasingly agitated, while RV tries to pacify the situation, asking everyone to move past the incident and stop blaming each other.
Vishaka insists on speaking to Poorvi the next day to get clarity on the situation. Harman agrees, stating that Poorvi will visit her family the next day. As they leave, Khushi issues a stern warning, hoping that the family is telling the truth, but also implying that if they are lying, there will be severe consequences.
In the precap, Neha confides in Monisha, revealing Poorvi’s intention to leave RV and her plan to force Neha into marriage with him. Jassi overhears this conversation, which could further complicate the situation. Monisha, however, assures Neha that Poorvi will ultimately get trapped in her own scheme, and hints that she might take Neha’s place at the mandap with RV, suggesting that there might be an unexpected twist in the upcoming episodes.
