The episode of Kumkum Bhagya 6th September 2024, begins with Monisha urgently questioning Dada Ji about their plan to stop Neha and RV’s wedding. Dada Ji reassures her, explaining that they have everything in place to save RV from Neha’s clutches. He tells Monisha not to worry and leaves her in a state of mild relief. However, Monisha cannot shake off her anxiety, sensing that RV’s family is working behind the scenes to expose Neha’s real intentions.
Feeling the pressure, Monisha decides to warn Jasbeer about the situation. She quickly calls him, informing him that they might be in trouble. Jasbeer, already inside the Malhotra house, assures her that he is managing the situation. He tells Monisha that Neha is ready to execute her part of their plan. The two decide to meet in the first-floor corridor to further discuss their strategy. Once Jasbeer arrives, he confirms that he has successfully entered the house unnoticed.
Meanwhile, on the other side, Yug, disguised as a waiter, joins Purvi and RV. Diya advises him to stay calm and act naturally. As part of their plan, Purvi spikes a drink with truth serum and hands it to Yug. They are determined to use this drink to force Neha to reveal her truth. Yug reassures them that he will complete the task successfully.
Monisha and Jasbeer meet in the corridor, where Monisha questions him about his waiter disguise. Jasbeer, clearly irritated, scolds her for making Neha nervous. He emphasizes that they need to trust Neha if their plan is to succeed. Monisha, however, expresses her doubts about Neha’s loyalty. Jasbeer, in response, warns her to stay alert but reminds her that they have no choice but to use Neha.
Monisha then shares her growing concerns, revealing that RV’s family might be onto them and could be plotting against Neha. She believes they are attempting to get Neha to confess the truth. Jasbeer reassures Monisha, confidently stating that Neha will not reveal anything. He asks if anyone had seen Monisha with Neha, to which Monisha nervously admits that Dadi had seen them together. Jasbeer quickly deduces that Dadi must have informed Dada Ji, who is now trying to scare Monisha.
Jasbeer then reveals that RV had asked him to give a drink to Neha, but Purvi intervened, raising his suspicions. He advises Monisha to stay cautious and keep an eye on Neha. Despite the tension, Jasbeer is determined to carry out their plan, even if it means taking drastic measures to stop RV, going so far as to hint at killing RV if necessary.
Downstairs, RV, Purvi, Diya, and Yug, still disguised as a waiter, make their way to the engagement ceremony. Neha, confidently, announces that it is time for her engagement to RV to begin. RV stands by her side, while Yug attempts to give Neha the spiked drink, but to their dismay, Neha refuses to take it, leaving Purvi visibly tense.
The engagement ceremony progresses, and the pandit asks Neha and RV to exchange rings. At that crucial moment, Purvi interrupts, shouting that the engagement cannot proceed. Her interruption surprises everyone. Just then, Sahil arrives at the Malhotra house, but the watchman refuses to let him in without an invitation. However, Sahil spots one of Jasbeer’s men and takes advantage of the situation by sneaking in unnoticed.
Neha, furious at Purvi’s interference, confronts her, demanding to know why she is trying to stop the engagement. Sensing Purvi’s distress, RV steps in, stating that it is too late to halt the engagement now. He speaks to his family, explaining that their original plan to stop Neha might not work in time, and he asks them to call off their current approach. Harman agrees and speaks to Dada Ji and Jaswant, informing them that they should stop pursuing RV’s original plan. RV then asks Purvi if she understands the situation, and Purvi nods in agreement.
To lighten the atmosphere, Purvi suggests that Neha might not enjoy the engagement because the event feels rushed and lacks entertainment. Vaishali and Deepika tease Purvi, questioning if she is serious about introducing dancing into the engagement function. Harman, Harleen, and Dada Ji suggest playing a game instead to create a fun environment. Harman sends Vikrant to fetch the game materials, and Vikrant leaves the room.
Meanwhile, one of Jasbeer’s men calls to inform him that Sahil has escaped. Jasbeer orders him to ensure that Sahil does not enter RV’s house, threatening to kill Sahil if necessary. However, unbeknownst to them, Sahil has already sneaked into the house through a window.
Jasbeer’s men begin to question RV’s security, realizing that Sahil is already inside. On the other hand, Yug removes his disguise and meets Vikrant. Vikrant is surprised and asks why Yug was dressed as a waiter. Yug explains the plan to make Neha reveal the truth by spiking her drink, and the two exchange knowing glances.
