She insists he rest completely, displaying her deep concern for his well-being. Meanwhile, Rohan, equally worried about his brother, informs Vaiju that Rannvijay’s fever is quite high, urging her to check on him.
At this point, the family doctor arrives and advises everyone not to stress Rannvijay further, prescribing medicines to stabilize his condition. Vaiju expresses concern over the number of medicines prescribed, but Jaya reassures her that they are antibiotics and need to be taken as instructed. Vaiju, thinking of a more natural remedy, decides to make a special homemade drink, kada, to help Rannvijay recover faster. However, Ragini, another family member, informs Vaiju that she has already prepared it.
The scene takes a slightly sour turn when Sulekha, another key character, taunts Vaiju, reminding her that Rannvijay has his family to take care of him, indirectly implying that Vaiju’s efforts are not needed. Hurt but determined, Vaiju does not let Sulekha’s words affect her. She remains focused on helping Rannvijay recover, confident in her abilities to contribute to his well-being.
While Vaiju is dealing with the household dynamics, the scene shifts to Rao Saheb, who is lost in thought. His wife, Vasundhara, notices his preoccupation and questions him about his worry. She asks if he is thinking about their son, which catches Rao Saheb off guard. He appears confused and shocked by Vasundhara’s question, unsure of what she means. Vasundhara, noticing his reaction, tries to calm him by saying that Rannvijay will recover soon and that there is nothing to worry about.
Back in the kitchen, Vaiju is hard at work preparing something special for Rannvijay. Jaya enters and tells her that Rannvijay has not been eating anything. Vaiju offers to make khichdi, believing that it will help him recover, but Jaya dismisses her offer, deciding to try something else. Despite Jaya’s refusal, Vaiju begins cooking her special khichdi outdoors, determined to help Rannvijay.
However, as she cooks, a pungent smell spreads throughout the house. The strong odor catches everyone’s attention, and Sulekha, always quick to criticize Vaiju, demands to know what she is up to now. Vaiju calmly explains that she has prepared a special khichdi that will help Rannvijay regain his strength and make him feel hungry. Vasundhara and Ragini are not convinced, both commenting on how bad the smell is. Soon, all the family members become irritated by the stench and leave the area.
Despite everyone’s complaints, Vaiju remains confident in her cooking, believing that the smell is normal. She prays to Lord Ganesha, asking for guidance and expressing her hope that her efforts will help Rannvijay recover, even though no one else seems to understand her good intentions.
Later, Jaya informs the family that Rannvijay’s condition has worsened. She suspects that the side effects of the medicines may be to blame. At this critical moment, Vaiju steps in with her khichdi, insisting that it will help Rannvijay recover. Though skeptical, Jaya allows her to proceed. To everyone’s surprise, after eating the khichdi, Rannvijay begins to feel better. He thanks Vaiju, telling her that the meal has made him feel more energetic.
Jaya, seeing the improvement in Rannvijay’s condition, feels guilty for not trusting Vaiju earlier. She apologizes for scolding her and acknowledges that Vaiju’s efforts have made a positive difference. The rest of the family also expresses their gratitude toward Vaiju for her care and determination. Rao Saheb, moved by her actions, asks her to lead the puja aarti for the family.
Jaya, holding the earthen lamp for the aarti, passes it to Vaiju, who gracefully performs the ritual. Together, the family prays for Rannvijay’s full recovery. After the aarti, Jaya mentions an unfinished assignment to Vaiju, expressing her concern. Vaiju, ever willing to help, tells Jaya to focus on taking care of Rannvijay while she handles the assignment. Vaiju heads to the mill, where she gets updated on the situation and communicates with the client.
As Vaiju takes charge of the situation at the mill, Jaikant overhears her conversation with the client. The episode ends with a tense scene as Jaikant and Sulekha begin to question Vaiju’s actions, setting the stage for potential conflict in the upcoming episodes.
