The episode aired on 21 September 2024 begins with an emotional scene between Jaya and Rannvijay. They are sharing their feelings, unaware that Vaiju is standing outside, overhearing their conversation. Vaiju listens quietly, but her heart sinks with every word they say. As she turns to leave, she accidentally drops a glass, causing a loud noise that alerts Rannvijay and Jaya.
Rannvijay steps outside to check on Vaiju. He is confused and asks her what she is doing there. Vaiju quickly makes an excuse, saying she came to give Jaya some turmeric milk, but Rannvijay must have already given it to her. Rannvijay notices the broken glass and advises Vaiju not to clean it herself, offering to get another glass. Vaiju refuses his help, insisting that she will clean it on her own.
Inside, Vaiju breaks down in tears. She begins to question herself, wondering why she ever thought Rannvijay would put her needs before Jaya’s. She realizes that he may have been showing her sympathy all this time, but she misunderstood his intentions. Rannvijay, still puzzled by Vaiju’s strange behavior, starts to suspect that she might have seen him being close to Jaya and felt awkward.
As Vaiju processes her emotions, she is left wondering why she feels so hurt. Even though she knows the truth, it is difficult for her to accept it. Rannvijay, on the other hand, tries to brush off his concerns, thinking that maybe Vaiju already knows everything and is just tired.
Later, Rannvijay checks on Vaiju again, asking if she’s alright. Vaiju, feeling defensive, responds harshly, saying she’s fine. Sensing something is wrong, Rannvijay confronts her about her unusual behavior. Vaiju dismisses his concerns, blaming her mood on tiredness. Rannvijay, still worried, tries to check if she has a fever, but Vaiju stops him, insisting she is perfectly fine.
Vaiju reminds herself that Rannvijay only cares for her because she is his responsibility. She tries to convince herself that this is the only reason he is looking out for her.
Meanwhile, Jaya approaches Rannvijay with some college admission forms for Vaiju. She expresses her desire not to limit Vaiju’s future and reveals that she has even obtained forms for colleges in Mumbai. Jaya explains that Vaiju has always sacrificed for her, and now she wants to do the best for Vaiju’s future. This thoughtful gesture from Jaya makes it clear that she genuinely cares for Vaiju’s happiness and dreams.
Vaiju later heads to the kitchen, where she meets Vasundhara, who questions why she is there so early. Vaiju, trying to hide her feelings, replies that she was bored of staying alone in her room. Vasundhara, feeling guilty for not spending enough time with her, invites Vaiju to sit with them and gossip while helping cut vegetables. Ragini also joins in, telling Vaiju that Vasundhara is preparing something special for her.
As they sit together, Vasundhara offers Vaiju some lauki ki sabji, but Vaiju refuses to eat it. Arhaan, a young boy, chimes in, proudly saying that eating the same vegetable has made him the strongest boy in school. Vaiju, trying to cheer up, responds that she doesn’t go to school, so it won’t help her.
Rannvijay and Jaya soon arrive in the kitchen and hand Vaiju the college admission forms. Jaya encourages Vaiju, saying that she knows she will easily pass the 12th standard and should start preparing for higher studies. This news lifts Vaiju’s spirits, and she smiles. Seeing Vaiju’s mood improve, Vasundhara playfully teases her to eat the lauki. Jaya also joins in, jokingly threatening to call Aaji and complain if Vaiju doesn’t eat.
However, the mention of Aaji brings back memories for Vaiju. She remembers how Aaji knows about her and Rannvijay’s marriage. Suddenly panicked, she grabs the phone from Jaya and tells her she cannot call Aaji. The episode ends with Jaya looking surprised and questioning Vaiju’s strange reaction.
