Today’s episode of Maati Se Bandhi Dor 6th September 2024, brings an emotional twist as Vaiju finds herself involved in helping a young boy named Rohan. The episode begins with Rohan, a boy from an orphanage, being bullied and beaten by some local boys. After enduring their harsh treatment, Rohan stumbles and collapses in front of Vaiju, who is shocked to see him in such a dire state. While she is trying to understand what happened, the same boys go to the orphanage and falsely report to the warden that Rohan has escaped and that Vaiju is somehow involved in helping him.
With urgency in her actions, Vaiju picks up the unconscious Rohan, places him on her bicycle, and rushes him to the hospital for immediate medical attention. Meanwhile, back at home, Jaya expresses her concern to Rannvijay, telling him that she’s worried about Vaiju, who hasn’t returned yet. Rannvijay, equally concerned, leaves the house to find Vaiju and bring her back.
As Rohan regains consciousness, he begins to murmur, pleading for his mother not to leave him. This deeply affects Vaiju, as it reminds her of her mother Durga’s passing, bringing back painful memories. While Rannvijay is searching for Vaiju in the marketplace, a shopkeeper gives him Vaiju’s phone, and another person informs him that she has gone to the hospital.
Upon arriving at the hospital, Rannvijay finds Vaiju and asks her if she’s alright. Although she assures him that she is fine, the doctor approaches with worrying news. He informs Vaiju that Rohan’s body is covered with injection marks, suggesting that he has been exposed to drugs. The revelation shocks Vaiju, and she immediately thinks of her father, who tragically died due to drug addiction. The memories of her father’s suffering leave her deeply shaken, and she feels a strong urge to help Rohan escape the same fate.
Vaiju shares with Rannvijay that she sees great potential in Rohan, who is a talented boy, but as long as he stays in the orphanage, he may never be able to overcome his drug problems and focus on his skills. Overcome with emotion, Vaiju breaks down in tears, expressing her uncertainty about where she can send Rohan to keep him away from drugs while allowing him to develop his talents.
Rannvijay suggests sending Rohan to a rehabilitation center where he can recover and be shielded from negative influences. Vaiju agrees to the plan but is still worried about Rohan’s immediate care. Rannvijay offers a solution, suggesting that they take Rohan home with them until he recovers, and then send him to rehab. Vaiju hesitates, concerned about the potential chaos it could cause, but Rannvijay assures her that he will explain everything to the family and make them understand the situation.
When they arrive home, Jaya immediately questions them about why they went to the hospital. Vaiju responds by calling Rohan inside, and Rannvijay explains everything that happened. He tells Jaya that Rohan will stay with them until he is fully recovered. Jaya, while agreeing that helping others is important, feels slighted that Rannvijay made this decision without discussing it with her first. She is upset that he didn’t call her to inform her about the situation earlier.
Rannvijay tries to reason with Jaya, explaining that he thought it was better to explain everything in person rather than over the phone, but Jaya remains upset and continues to argue. Meanwhile, Vasundhara, who overheard their conversation, smiles approvingly at Rannvijay’s decision to help Rohan. He then instructs Shambu to take Rohan to the guest room and make arrangements for him to stay.
The situation takes a turn when Sulekha begins her usual dramatics, speaking ill of Rohan and criticizing Vaiju and Rannvijay for bringing him into their home. Unbeknownst to Sulekha, Rohan overhears everything she says from his room, and it deeply hurts him. Rannvijay steps in to confront Sulekha, firmly stating that having Rohan in their house for a few days will not harm anyone.
As the argument continues, Rao Saheb arrives, and Sulekha seizes the opportunity to inform him about Rohan’s presence in the house. Vaiju, feeling responsible, apologizes and offers to take Rohan with her to Durga’s house instead. Rohan, however, refuses to let her do that and insists that he will return to the orphanage. Just as he is about to leave, Rao Saheb intervenes and tells Rohan that he can stay in their house for a few more days. The episode concludes with a heartwarming moment as Rannvijay happily embraces Rohan, welcoming him into their home.
Precap: In the upcoming episode, Rannvijay will rush to save Vaiju from danger, while Jaya accidentally gets electrocuted.
