Meanwhile, Sowmya, hidden among the flower baskets, was secretly watching everything unfold. Shocked by what she saw, she quietly observed the events.
As the Mehendi ceremony progressed, Mangal happily joined in the dancing with Lakshmi and the others. The atmosphere was full of joy. Karthik then took the lead and danced with Lakshmi, while Adit danced closely with Mangal. This closeness between Adit and Mangal left Sowmya feeling overwhelmed. Unable to bear the sight, she accidentally fell from her hiding place but quickly hid behind a pillar, trying not to be seen.
While this was happening, Lakshmi received a call from an unknown number. She looked puzzled, unsure whose number it could be. Meanwhile, Sowmya continued to feel heartbroken, seeing how close Adit and Mangal had become. To make matters worse, Akshat unintentionally spilled something on Mangal’s dress and immediately apologized. Mangal, being kind, assured him it was fine and went to clean her dress. As she left, Sowmya thought this was the perfect opportunity to reveal the truth to Mangal.
Outside, Lakshmi stepped away from the crowd to take the call. However, she couldn’t hear anything due to the noise. While looking around, she found Adit’s wallet lying outside. This discovery made her suspicious. Lakshmi confronted Adit, questioning why she found his wallet outside the bathroom. Adit, feeling cornered, told her he didn’t need to explain himself. Frustrated, he said Lakshmi was always doubting him. He sarcastically suggested that she go ahead and ruin the Mehendi, just like she always ruined their family events. After this heated exchange, Adit stormed off, leaving Lakshmi feeling confused and hurt.
Unbeknownst to Adit and Lakshmi, Kusum overheard the entire argument. Concerned, she followed Adit to see what he was up to. Meanwhile, Shanti, another member of the family, noticed Adit talking to a woman and immediately jumped to conclusions. In a panic, she shouted that Adit was romancing Sowmya, alerting everyone present at the ceremony.
When the others arrived, they demanded answers from Adit. He tried to explain but was met with suspicion. Adit then confessed that he had left under false pretenses. His reason was to prepare a special surprise for Mangal. Mangal, who was furious, walked toward the mysterious lady, only to be shocked when she realized it wasn’t a woman at all, but a mannequin. Adit explained that he had bought the mannequin, dressed in a saree that Mangal had liked earlier, as a surprise gift for her. His intentions were pure, but the situation had been completely misunderstood. Adit apologized to Mangal for his actions, and Kusum, realizing her mistake, also apologized to him.
Shanti, who had been the one to raise the alarm, blamed her misunderstanding on Lakshmi. She confronted Lakshmi, asking why she always seemed to have a problem with Adit. Karthik tried to step in and defend Lakshmi, but Adit, still angry, told him to stop. Kusum then urged Lakshmi to apologize to Adit. Mangal, who didn’t want the situation to escalate further, asked Kusum to let the matter go.
Sowmya, still watching everything unfold from her hiding spot, felt frustrated. In her mind, Adit had become a master of lies, smoothly getting out of difficult situations. Adit, on the other hand, was relieved that he had narrowly avoided disaster and reflected on how he had rushed to get the mannequin as a surprise for Mangal.
Meanwhile, Gayatri, another family member, took Lakshmi aside to talk some sense into her. She scolded Lakshmi for always doubting others and causing unnecessary drama. Gayatri sternly asked Lakshmi if she wanted to ruin her sister’s Mehendi celebration. Feeling guilty, Lakshmi apologized. Gayatri warned her to stop interfering in others’ matters.
As the episode drew to a close, Sowmya decided that she needed to teach Adit a lesson for playing with her emotions. She noticed Akshat and Ishana planning a surprise for Mangal and Adit. Seeing this as an opportunity, Sowmya decided to bring their parents over to see the gift. Filled with jealousy and determination, Sowmya looked at the gift and thought to herself that Mangal would never have Adit because Adit belonged to her.
