The episode begins with Adit confessing his love to Sowmya. He tells her that everything he is doing is only to show Kusum that he cares for Mangal. He assures Sowmya that she is the one he truly loves. Meanwhile, Kusum asks Sowmya where Mangal is. Sowmya replies that Mangal is unconscious and lying in the corridor. Kusum immediately asks the manager to open the door to check on her. Karthik and the manager open the door to find Mangal lying unconscious on the bed.
In a flashback, we see that Adit and Sowmya brought Mangal into the room. They placed her on the bed while Sowmya hid from the others. As everyone gathers around, Shanti questions Adit about why he didn’t open the door earlier. Adit says that if he had, they would have created a scene like they are doing now.
Lakshmi steps in and sprinkles water on Mangal to wake her up. As Mangal regains consciousness, Lakshmi asks her why she fainted. Mangal seems confused and says she doesn’t remember. She only recalls going to the Mandap with Lipika. Adit quickly explains that Mangal fainted because she was fasting (Vrath) for the ritual. However, Lakshmi disagrees, saying that Mangal is used to fasting and there must be another reason for her fainting. Adit brushes it off and asks Mangal if she is fit to perform the ritual. Mangal says she is ready.
As Adit and Mangal start the wedding ritual, things take a turn. Mangal begins to feel dizzy while they are about to take the pheras (vows). Without hesitation, Adit lifts Mangal in his arms and completes the pheras. All this time, Sowmya watches from a distance, feeling jealous. In her mind, she silently tells Mangal that no matter how many times she marries Adit, Adit will always belong to her.
After the pheras, Kusum performs the aarti for Adit and Mangal. She praises Mangal for completing the ritual. Following Kusum’s instructions, Mangal goes ahead with the Gruhpravesh ritual. Adit then receives a phone call from his boss. He steps away to take it. The conversation does not go well. Adit’s boss scolds him for not doing his job properly and informs him that his project has been handed over to Suresh Menon. As a result, his salary will be reduced by 25%. Furious, Adit silently blames Mangal for his troubles and mutters angry comments about her.
Meanwhile, Sowmya calls Adit and tells him about the same news – that their boss is furious and has reassigned his project to Suresh Menon. Adit again blames Mangal and vents his frustration with harsh words. In a fit of rage, he throws his phone. At this moment, Mangal approaches Adit with a glass of water, trying to comfort him. But instead of calming down, Adit angrily slaps the glass out of her hand.
Mangal, concerned, asks Adit if something is bothering him. Instead of answering, Adit grabs Mangal’s hand tightly. This causes her bangles to break, injuring her hand. Lakshmi witnesses this shocking moment. She confronts Adit, asking him how he could hurt his own wife. She tells him that he should be ashamed of himself. Adit denies that anything happened and tells Lakshmi to stop making up stories. However, Lakshmi shows him the blood on Mangal’s hand as proof and asks him, “What is this?” Lakshmi insists she saw everything.
Despite the evidence, Mangal defends Adit, saying it was just an accident. Lakshmi urges her not to cover for him. Adit, frustrated, tells Lakshmi to stop interfering and rudely asks her who she thinks she is to question him. Lakshmi responds strongly, warning Adit that he could go to jail for raising his hand against a woman.
Sowmya overhears everything and sees this as an opportunity. She decides to use this situation to her advantage.
The episode ends with tension rising between the characters, setting the stage for more drama ahead.
