The episode begins with a shocking scene as Megha is stabbed. Surinder, who is sleeping at home, suddenly wakes up in panic and shouts Megha’s name. At the same time, Shalini receives an urgent call. Arjun, noticing Shalini’s expression, asks her what has happened. She replies with just one word – Megha. Arjun quickly becomes alarmed and asks, “What happened to her?” Without waiting for an answer, he rushes out to find Megha.
When Arjun reaches Megha, he finds her gravely injured. Seeing her in this state breaks his heart, and he begins to cry. He takes her hand gently. Megha opens her eyes and weakly speaks to Arjun. “You asked me to fight, and I did,” she says, her voice full of determination. “I fought everyone, and I trusted you. I know you will get me out of here.” Arjun is in tears, deeply moved by her words. Megha, sensing his pain, encourages him. “You can’t lose hope, Arjun. If you lose hope, how can I keep mine?”
Arjun, trying to hold back his tears, tells her to stop talking like this. She then reminds him, “We don’t have any formal relationship, but you stood by me.” Arjun feels guilty and tells her that ever since he entered her life, things have only gone wrong. “I’m sorry,” he whispers. Megha reassures him that it’s not his fault and asks if he has told her family anything about her condition. Arjun admits he hasn’t. “I’m scared of you,” he says with a sad smile. They both smile briefly, despite the situation.
Megha then asks Arjun to return to India, but he refuses. “I won’t leave until I get you out of here,” he declares. “We came here together, and we will leave together.” His words give her strength, and he continues to encourage her. As they talk, a doctor enters the room. “Are you here to see the criminal?” the doctor asks in a rude tone. Arjun becomes furious, but Megha quickly stops him from reacting.
Meanwhile, Ranjeeta and the rest of the family rush to Surinder, who is recovering from a mild heart attack. Surinder, ignoring his own health, immediately asks about Megha’s whereabouts. Ranjeeta, worried about his health, urges him to rest. However, Surinder refuses. “I will go find Megha,” he insists. In the chaos, Ranjeeta loses her balance and falls, injuring herself. Goldie angrily scolds Surinder for causing the accident. Feeling guilty, Surinder apologizes to Ranjeeta, who understands his concern for Megha. “You’re right,” she says. “We must find her.”
Back at the hospital, Arjun speaks to the doctor about Megha’s condition. The doctor praises Megha’s bravery, saying that she fought back against her attackers. However, the doctor informs Arjun that Megha will need to stay in the hospital for a while before being sent back to jail.
Later, constables bring Kohli and Kavita home. Ranjeeta questions them about Megha’s whereabouts, but Kohli and Kavita claim not to know anything. Ranjeeta reveals that she heard from Manoj that Megha is in jail, to which Kohli responds with harsh criticism of Megha’s actions. This enrages Surinder, who tries to attack Kohli. Ranjeeta, determined to get answers, grabs a belt and threatens Kohli. She demands that he call his son Manoj and warns that if Manoj doesn’t get Megha out of jail, there will be serious consequences. Kavita tries to intervene, saying that Manoj can’t help Megha, but Ranjeeta is relentless and continues to threaten them.
In the meantime, Arjun brings Kada Prasad (a traditional offering) for Megha. She becomes emotional as she recalls the memories associated with it. Arjun gently feeds her the Prasad and encourages her by saying, “We can still get out of here.” As they share this quiet moment, Goldie catches Kavita, and Ranjeeta once again scolds Kohli, threatening to beat them if they don’t help Megha.
Megha, still weak, asks Arjun to explain the details of her case. She expresses concern that her case is weak, but Arjun assures her that they will turn things around. “They did what they wanted, and Manoj did what he wanted. Now it’s our turn. Trust me,” Arjun says confidently. Megha, touched by his determination, replies, “I have a strange trust in you.” Arjun smiles and says, “And I have a strange stubbornness. You won’t stay here any longer.”
