The episode begins with Bulbul revealing a shocking truth to Sulakshana. Sulakshana immediately complains to Varadha, accusing her of making a joke of the situation. However, Bulbul calmly asks her not to cry, fearing that it might make her fall ill. Varadha, unable to understand why Bulbul is taking the blame, confronts her. He asks her why she is lying and insists that she must be doing it for someone else. He suspects she is hiding something to protect another person and demands the truth from her.
Bulbul finally admits that the fault lies with her. She reveals that she had known the truth for some time but chose to hide it from them. Just then, Geeta arrives on the scene. Sulakshana, filled with anger, slaps Bulbul. She accuses her of ruining everything, explaining that Veer has worked hard to become a police officer, a job he loves dearly. Sulakshana can’t understand how Bulbul could risk his career like this, especially after all the struggles he faced to get to where he is now. Vaayu joins in and expresses his disappointment as well, asking why Bulbul, who considered him a friend, would betray them by keeping such an important secret.
Varadha questions Bulbul further, asking if she had burned the horoscope to hide her real age. He believes her real age is mentioned in the document and suspects she destroyed it to avoid revealing the truth. Meanwhile, Veer calls Druv and informs him that he needs to arrest a criminal, shocking Bulbul when she overhears the conversation. Varadha and Sulakshana question Veer’s actions, unable to comprehend why he would take such extreme measures. Sulakshana defends Veer, insisting that he is not a criminal and has done nothing wrong.
In a desperate attempt to clarify things, Bulbul swears on her mother that she had tried multiple times to reveal the truth. Veer, deeply hurt, reminds Bulbul that he had only asked one thing from her in their relationship: loyalty. He never expected her to lie to him. In her defense, Bulbul explains that she was unaware of being a minor when she married him. She places the blame on her father, who had created a fake certificate for his own selfish reasons. Geeta confirms Bulbul’s account, explaining that she had tried to send a note to Veer revealing the truth, but Viyuk had accidentally burned it.
Sulakshana, still furious, asks Bulbul why she didn’t come forward when she first learned the truth. Geeta adds that she had attempted to release Veer from this relationship, but as a mother, she couldn’t bear to see her daughter in pain. Bulbul admits that she was too scared to reveal the truth because she didn’t want to lose Veer. She loved him deeply and feared that telling the truth would cost her their relationship.
Veer, filled with sadness and anger, recalls their moments together. Bulbul reminds him that she had promised to reveal everything on November 7, as she wanted to start fresh with him after confessing the truth. She had planned to wait until she turned 18 before revealing her true age. Bulbul insists that she never intended for things to unfold this way. However, Veer can’t believe what he’s hearing. He accuses her of being cunning, saying that he had always considered her innocent. Bulbul explains that she feared the consequences of the Posco Act and didn’t want to harm him or his family.
Heartbroken, Veer asks Bulbul how he can face everyone now. He reminds her of how much he despises underaged marriages, and now she has turned him into a criminal. He leaves, unable to cope with the situation. Bulbul, devastated, shares her grief with Geeta.
Later, the commissioner arrives. Veer returns his uniform, confessing that he had unknowingly married an underaged girl. Sulakshana pleads with him to take it back, insisting that he is not at fault. Bulbul supports her, asserting that Veer is innocent. He had no knowledge of her true age, and it was Devendra who had orchestrated the entire lie.
Drishti warns that Veer might end up in jail because of this. Bulbul, however, refuses to let that happen. She produces the fake certificate, proving Veer’s innocence. She explains that Devendra had manipulated the situation and delayed registering their marriage until after her birthday. Jain backs her claims, showing the necessary forms to the commissioner.
In the end, Bulbul promises that she will not let anything harm Veer or his family. She asks the commissioner to arrest her instead. Geeta stands by her daughter, supporting her through this difficult moment.
