Mishri found herself feeling nervous as she prepared to participate in a scholarship contest. Despite her anxiety, she prayed for God’s blessings, promising to offer butter if she managed to pass. Standing beside her, Keshav joined her in prayer, while Ridhi looked on with a smirk. Ridhi was confident that Mishri wouldn’t make it past the first round. This confidence came from Ridhi’s underhanded move—she had swapped Mishri’s textbook earlier, believing that not even Raghav could help her now.

The contest began with the anchor introducing the contestants. He explained that questions would appear on the screen, and the participants needed to press a button to answer. As the round started, Raghav noticed Mishri looked calm but sensed she was nervous inside. He mentioned this to Vaani, who realized that Raghav knew Mishri well. Both Raghav and Vaani wished good luck to Mishri and Ridhi as the questions began to appear on the screen.

While Ridhi and the other participants quickly answered the questions, Mishri stayed silent. She was overwhelmed as the questions were in English, a language she struggled with. By the end of the first round, the results were announced—Mishri and Keshav scored zero and were disqualified from the contest. Disappointment washed over Raghav, and he shared his frustration with Vaani.

Ridhi didn’t waste any time and started mocking Mishri. She taunted her, saying that Mishri didn’t deserve the scholarship and lacked the talent to compete. Ridhi also insulted Mishri’s background, saying she was no match for the other contestants.

Mishri, however, did not stay silent. She turned to the students and asked those who weren’t poor, owned a car, or didn’t need a scholarship to step forward. Many students did so, leaving Mishri and Keshav behind. Mishri used this moment to make a point. She told everyone that while others may have wealth and luxury, she and Keshav did not. Mishri argued that the contest was unfair, especially because the questions were in English—a language she couldn’t understand.

Ridhi tried to dismiss Mishri, telling her to accept her defeat. But Mishri turned the tables by asking Ridhi a question in English. Ridhi couldn’t answer it. Mishri then explained the question and used this to show how she felt during the contest when she couldn’t understand the questions asked in English. Mishri argued for fairness, pointing out that the contest discriminated against Hindi-medium students like her. Raghav supported her, and soon, the crowd also sided with Mishri.

However, the final decision rested with the University head. Meanwhile, Ranjith, a bystander, imagined the backlash he might face if his family found out the truth about him. Determined to avoid trouble, he resolved to get rid of both Mishri and her child.

Later, Mishri approached Samarth, the person in charge, hoping to make him see her point. But Samarth insulted her, pointing out her humble background. Yet, Mishri’s sharp reply impressed him, and he gave her five minutes to explain herself. Despite Mishri’s well-thought-out arguments, Samarth refused to change the contest rules. Mishri felt disheartened by his cold, business-minded attitude.

Raghav, however, remained supportive. He told Mishri that she was still number one in his eyes. He encouraged her not to lose confidence, even in the face of defeat. Vaani, meanwhile, seemed uncomfortable as she watched this interaction between Mishri and Raghav.

With the contest over, it seemed like Mishri’s journey might have come to an end. However, with Raghav’s support and the crowd’s backing, she still had hope. How the University head would respond to her plea remained uncertain, and the outcome of this struggle would unfold in the days to come.

The Episode Ends.
