The episode begins with a tense atmosphere as the doctor continues treating Raghav, who is in a critical condition. His family members anxiously wait outside the operating theatre, hoping for some good news. Meanwhile, the police have arrested Mishri and are taking her to the police station. Despite her situation, Mishri can’t stop thinking about Raghav. She cries, deeply worried about his condition and feeling helpless for not being able to stay by his side.
Parvati, who has always been close to Raghav, tells the family that Mishri is Raghav’s protector. According to her, Mishri’s presence is essential for Raghav’s recovery. However, Chithra has a different view. She blames Mishri for Raghav’s condition, calling her unlucky. Chithra strongly believes that if Mishri hadn’t been involved, Raghav wouldn’t have been in this terrible situation. She insists that everyone should distance themselves from Mishri.
Vaani, feeling regretful, supports Chithra’s views. She blames herself for allowing Mishri into their lives. According to Vaani, she gave Mishri too much space and now regrets her decision, believing it led to Raghav’s current state. Kalpana also agrees and says that the family never put Mishri in her rightful place, implying they should have kept her at a distance from Raghav.
At this point, the doctor comes out of the operation theatre with bad news. He informs the family that Raghav’s condition is serious, and they should pray for his recovery. The family is devastated, and Mishri, now taken to the police station, recalls her past moments with Raghav. Her mind is consumed with worry for him, and she fears that Ranjith, an old enemy, may attempt to harm Raghav again, even in the hospital. Mishri feels torn, knowing that Raghav’s family doesn’t trust her, but still desperate to protect him.
While this is happening, Samarth arrives at the hospital and meets Vaani. He tells her that he recently heard about Raghav’s accident and shows his concern for her. Vaani, overwhelmed with emotions, shares her grief with him, admitting that she misunderstood Raghav in the past. Samarth, while pretending to be supportive, smirks at Raghav’s misfortune. He hugs Vaani and tells her that he has a right to do so, but when Vaani questions his intentions, he quickly covers it up, saying he means it only as a friend. Vaani, sensing something is off, asks Samarth to leave, especially since Raghav’s family is nearby and she doesn’t want any unnecessary drama. Reluctantly, Samarth leaves.
Later, the doctor informs the family that Raghav has gone into a coma due to a blood clot in his brain. Parvati, devastated, asks for permission to see her son. She then approaches a priest, hoping for a miracle. The priest touches Raghav’s head and gives a dire prediction: Raghav’s death is near. Parvati, desperate, pleads with the priest to do something to save him. He tells her there is only one way left to save Raghav, though it remains unclear what that way might be.
Meanwhile, Mishri manages to escape from police custody. At the hospital, a wedding is about to take place under unusual circumstances. Vaani, hoping to save Raghav, takes matters into her own hands. She insists that she is ready to marry him, believing that their union will somehow help him recover. Chithra questions Vaani’s decision, wondering who would marry someone in a hospital and without checking for an auspicious time. But Vaani is determined and demands the priest to start the wedding rituals.
Mishri rushes to the hospital, but when she arrives, she is too late. Vaani has already tied the nuptial chain around her neck and filled her hairline with vermillion, using Raghav’s hand to complete the ceremony. Mishri is left in shock and emotionally devastated upon hearing that the wedding is over. She walks away, heartbroken.
Shortly after, Raghav’s condition worsens again, and the family calls for the doctor. However, as soon as Mishri returns to Raghav’s side, his condition improves slightly. Sulekha comments that Vaani might be right about her love for Raghav, but Mishri’s presence clearly has a more powerful effect. Meanwhile, the police inform Vaani that Mishri has escaped, and Vaani immediately orders them to search for her.
As the episode ends, Mishri shares her sorrow with Raghav, standing by his bedside, hoping for his recovery.
