The episode starts with a shocking moment for Koel. She stumbles upon a family photo of Saraswati and her daughters, which leaves her in disbelief. Without wasting any time, she quickly takes photos of them on her phone and leaves.
Meanwhile, Subhadra is furious with Sagar for marrying Vedika. She can’t believe he left Koel at the mandap. Vedika tries to calm her down, asking Subhadra to be angry at her instead of Sagar. Both Sagar and Vedika explain the truth about Rajeshwari, who has been giving Saraswati the wrong medicine. Despite their explanation, Subhadra refuses to believe them. Even when Vedika shows her the CCTV footage as proof, Subhadra remains skeptical. However, Vedika doesn’t give up and manages to convince Subhadra to mend her relationship with Sagar. Sagar, relieved and grateful, thanks Vedika, who becomes emotional.
On the other hand, Koel confronts Mayuri about her real identity. She shows Mayuri the photo of Saraswati with her young daughters, demanding answers. Mayuri tries to convince Koel that she is the one who swapped Yamini’s childhood photo with hers. But Koel isn’t buying it. She presses Mayuri for the truth about her identity. Feeling cornered, Mayuri shifts the blame to Vedika, accusing her of planting doubts in Koel’s mind. She even vows to teach Vedika a lesson, but Koel stops her. Koel is determined to know the truth and threatens to end her life if Mayuri doesn’t come clean. Left with no choice, Mayuri finally admits that she is Yamini, Saraswati’s daughter. Koel is stunned by the revelation.
Koel lashes out at Mayuri for hiding her true identity. She confesses that she has always felt a connection with both Saraswati and Vedika, and now she understands why Mayuri kept her away from them. Koel demands the full truth from Mayuri. Mayuri explains that she found Koel at an accident scene 20 years ago and took her in. She lied to Koel about her father running away, when in reality, she was never married. Mayuri also reveals that she discovered Koel’s true identity as Yamini when the DNA report came back positive, but she lied to Koel, claiming the opposite. Koel is furious with Mayuri for using her for personal gain and refuses to forgive her.
Koel then demands the truth about Vedika’s DNA report and the ancestral necklace that Mayuri stole. Mayuri admits that Rajeshwari is behind it all and that she received a large sum of money for her role in the deception. Overcome with greed, Mayuri decided to hide her true identity from Koel. Now, filled with regret, she pleads with Koel for forgiveness. But Koel, resolute, refuses and goes to meet Vedika.
In the kitchen, Subhadra instructs Vedika to prepare her first rasoi before leaving. Koel finds Vedika, who tries to avoid her. Koel, feeling hurt, scolds Vedika for not being more careful. Vedika is confused by Koel’s sudden concern. Koel reveals that Vedika is the real Jahnvi to Sagar, leaving Sagar shocked. Vedika, too, is overwhelmed with emotion. Koel then tells Vedika and Sagar about the similarities between her and Vedika. Just then, Mayuri arrives and informs Vedika that she found Koel at the same accident spot where the Sharma family found Vedika. Koel then reveals to Vedika that she is Yamini. Both women become emotional and share a heartfelt hug, while Mayuri hides her frustration.
The episode ends with a tense scene in the precap, where Digvijay kidnaps both Vedika and Koel with the help of his men.
