The episode begins with Koel discovering a shocking truth. She comes across an old family photo of Saraswati. Unable to believe what she sees, Koel quickly takes pictures of the photo using her phone before leaving the place in a hurry. Meanwhile, Subhadra expresses her disappointment with Sagar. She is upset that he married Vedika, leaving Koel behind at the mandap. Vedika tries to calm her down, asking her to be upset with her, not Sagar.
Sagar and Vedika finally decide to reveal the truth to Subhadra. They tell her about Rajeshwari, who has been giving wrong medicine to Saraswati. Even after Vedika shows her CCTV footage as proof, Subhadra refuses to believe it. But Vedika does not give up and eventually convinces Subhadra to reconcile with Sagar. Grateful for Vedika’s efforts, Sagar thanks her, and Vedika gets emotional.
At the same time, Koel confronts Mayuri, demanding to know her true identity. She shows her the picture of Saraswati with her daughters. Koel wants answers and refuses to believe Mayuri’s excuses. Mayuri tries to convince Koel that she only replaced Yamini’s photo with hers. However, Koel is not satisfied. She demands that Mayuri reveal the truth about her identity. Under pressure, Mayuri shifts the blame onto Vedika, accusing her of planting doubts in Koel’s mind. She also decides to teach Vedika a lesson but is stopped by Koel, who threatens to kill herself if Mayuri does not tell her the truth.
Cornered, Mayuri finally admits the truth. She reveals to Koel that she is actually Saraswati’s daughter, Yamini. Koel is left in shock. She yells at Mayuri for hiding this fact from her all these years. Koel admits that she always felt a connection with both Saraswati and Vedika, and now she understands why Mayuri wanted her to stay away from them. Wanting to know everything, Koel urges Mayuri to tell her the whole story.
Mayuri explains how she found Koel at the site of an accident 20 years ago and took her in. She lied, telling Koel that her father had run away, but the truth was that Mayuri wasn’t even married. She also confesses that when she got the DNA results, confirming Koel’s true identity as Yamini, she hid it from her. Koel is furious, realizing that Mayuri had used her for personal gain. She refuses to forgive Mayuri for her betrayal.
Koel also demands to know the truth about Vedika’s DNA report and the ancestral necklace, which Mayuri stole recently. Mayuri confesses that Rajeshwari is behind everything and that she had received a lot of money for her deceit. She admits she became greedy and decided to keep her identity hidden. Now, she regrets her actions and pleads for Koel’s forgiveness. However, Koel stands firm and refuses to forgive her. She then leaves to meet Vedika.
In the kitchen, Subhadra asks Vedika to perform her first cooking ritual and then leaves. Koel arrives to meet Vedika, but Vedika tries to avoid her. This makes Koel sad, and she scolds Vedika for not being careful about her surroundings. Vedika is confused by Koel’s concern. Koel then reveals to her that Vedika is actually Jahnvi to Sagar. Sagar is shocked by this revelation, and Vedika becomes emotional.
Koel explains that she and Vedika have many similarities, and Mayuri confirms that she found Koel at the same accident site where the Sharmas found Vedika. Koel then tells Vedika that she is Yamini. Both Koel and Vedika are overwhelmed with emotions and share a heartfelt hug, while Mayuri stands by, hiding her annoyance.
In the precap, Digvijay, with the help of his men, kidnaps both Vedika and Koel.
